I didn't knew that apple juice could be a supplement in order to induce lucid dreaming, gonna check that though. But as if every supplements, 100% chance is never garanteed. To maximise your chances to lucid dream, psychological preparation is what will help the most ^^ . A website called "ld4all" offers various techniques that are very well known in the lucid dreaming community, ranging from dream journalling (recording your nightly adventures on a diary) to reality checks (basically, asking yourself if you are dreaming with enough mindfulness and regularity in order to be able to ask yourself this question... While actually dreaming). I recommend you check ld4all and other techniques as well to apply to your daily life. With effort and time, you will be able to master and explore your inner landscape :) :)
