Like duh, it's her job. the commission she gets on this house alone is good enough for a year's or 2 salary living in this area. She probably doesn't need to focus on anything else besides this place, so she should be expected to know every detail down to the trimmings on the most insignificant parts of the living areas. This is SO much warmer and better than “The One.” The One is basically a hospital or corporate center. Not a fan at all. It’s just dead, cold, and lifeless. Too much White absolutely everywhere. This home has color and life!

I’m incredibly impressed with Amanda (agent). Obviously, she’s stunning, but more importantly, Amanda is highly intelligent.

This is hands down the best house I've seen on this channel and probably ever. Strikes the perfect balance between feeling homey and suitable for entertaining guests.

UPDATE: it SOLD in while in bankruptcy May 2022 for $45.7 million. Almost half of what they had listed for.
I'm guessing the market for property like this is not very active and there are few comparable transactions, so the initial valuations are all over the place.
Caroline needs to take notes this girl is very knowledgeable and actually very helpful to the buying experience.

I've seen the video of THE ONE and it appears much more vast than this properly.
However The One is like a huge hotel not a home whereas this property you could live in as a home.
