When you pick a path on the ability trees you aren’t restricted to that path, you can actually explore other paths in the tree and build broad rather than tall. The Survivor allows you to select 2 Core skill areas to bump up to 4, hence why the stat block is all 3s as it’s customisable. Thank you for the in-depth review. It looks interesting. The custom dice are a bit of a turn off and made it harder for me to understand the rules as they were being described, but this may just be my old brain lol. Production quality looks great. The art gives off a great Hellboy comic vibe. The cinematic play sounds fun and I enjoy narrative-based games. I'm considering purchasing the core book and the new Double Feature package. You've given me a lot to think about.
