Installed mine Wednesday, night and day difference. It's still a little backhoe but now at least every thing moves in a fluid motion. Well worth the money.
I have loaded tires and use a car dolly under the tire when I remove it, then roll it away on the dolly. When I install it just roll it to the axel lower the jack enough to put in the lugs jack it up pull out the dolly torque it done. Works great for me the lug holes don't move so it stays lined up.
I have the Summit Hydraulics rear remotes on my 1025r and it uses 3/8” (-6) JIC fittings to connect to the power beyond. Is that large enough for the flow of your Stage 3 kit? I would be hooking up the backhoe in series in order to use my 3rd fiction grapple bucket with my backhoe.
Yes - 3/8 fittings are fine for the stage 3, but 1/4 fittings will be too small if you're running flow through them constantly. That said, most people don't run WOT with stage 3 unless they are doing PTO work, so realistically you're only going to be running 6-7 GPMs most of the time and not the full 9-9.5 GPMs to the implements.
I was able to access it and the logs don't show it as being down, but I feel like the interwebs have been janky ever since the FB issue earlier in the week. One of my suppliers is completely down and doesn't know when it will be fixed. Can you try this link again and let me know if it works - www.hydrosplus.com If it doesn't, feel free to email me at kevin@hydrosplus.com or give me a ring at 501.291.2002.
I have this situation with my 260 backhoe, where if I put the stabilizers down enough to put real weight on them, my left joystick sticks and won’t return to neutral by itself. Seems to be a common problem with the 260BH reading forums. So two questions, would you know why this happens, and would your system eliminate this problem? I love my backhoe, and if I could kill two birds with your solution I’m all in. Thanks.
I have not had this happen to me before, but as you mentioned, it's not uncommon based on a quick search. The HydrosPlus kit won't likely change this. I can't say for sure since I don't know what is causing it, but it doesn't seem to be related to flow. If it was, it would get worse at lower RPMs and better at higher RPMs. From what I read, a number of people were able to fix it by lubricating it. Here's a thread that was helpful - www.greentractortalk.com/threads/260-backhoe-issue.8729/ Even though HydrosPlus won't fix this issue, it does address any sadness you may experience because your backhoe is too slow :)
@@HydrosPlus Thanks for the response. I’m going to figure this problem out then get my HydrosPlus upgrade kit next. The difference between stock and your kit is night and day. Thanks for creating this awesome solution!

I honestly think they keep the flow down to prevent injuries or damages. These tractors are for home owners etc so not much excavator seat time.

I'm interested in upgrading the pump on my 1025R however I believe your website is down? I haven't been able to access it.
