Kevin, thank you for your support and the much-needed solutions for the sub and compact tractors!!! I just finished installing everything. The stage 3, BH, and FEL cylinder upgrades and you were not kidding. These upgrades are the truth!!! I am no longer pursuing a track hoe, skid steer, or dingo. In MA, we need subcompact size to work on our subcompact yards. Until now subcompact = subpar, but not any longer!!! You've saved me a ton of money!! Thank you! Next, please build as quickly as you can, a power rake that runs on a SCV, a manual flow divider with flat face couplers, and some tubing for the BH to turn it into a much quicker "quick change" than what JD has engineered. You are a great functional and design engineer. Thanks again. Oh yeah, anything you can do to get help removing the noisy flow restrictor from the FEL?

Couplers arrived quickly, easy install minus the snap rings. Great product.

Will a 260B fit on a 2015 1025r that currently has a 260 on it?

Claims 70% horsepower increase..what that doing to the rest of the parts that are not engineered for that?

I lift and move a TON of Pellets, ON a skid, on Forks with my Hydros plus Kit on my 3025E /300 loader. I can take them right outta my truck and put them in garage or shipping container, or pick them up and move them around.. Hydros plus was Key to keeping me in a tractor that fits under a 7 ft garage door. Best money I ever spent! ( yes I added a ballast box extension and plenty of extra weight)

Take it from me, this upgrade is a game changer. I've had my 2020 1025R in some crazy situations and I've been less than happy with it's performance. At 200 Hrs, it has never failed to run but it also has never performed like it does now,, after the HydrosPlus & HydrosPlus Lift installs. I can now get true -3- action movements and I can also lift a black locust log, 3 1/2' across and 7' long!! No strain.... We have clear cut 3 acres of woods and the JD was never a trouper like he is now, wish I had found HydrosPlus much sooner If you were like me, I was always trying to tear the joystick off in order to get the loader to just move! My little buddy is now what I had always thought he could be!

Those are awesome numbers for the front. Does any of your add ons help the 3 point rear lift?

What is your plan for all of the heat your adding to the hydraulic system? What is the plan for the front axle assembly? I'm sure you're exceeding John Deeres rating .

The front 3rd QD's are 1/4" from JD, they have -06 ORB thread on the hardlines.

Outrigger stabilizer cylinders are rebuildable.

Just wanted to see how the pump and cylinders are coming along for the 3R tractors. Really excited to see it happen!

Also pounding on the grease zerk to seat the pins could damage the zerk.

Before using the flap disk to clearance for the cylinders, you should cover the exposed hose ends to avoid contamination!

Is there still a benefit to installing your plus cylinders if you don’t have any of the other upgrades? For example if you don’t have the hydros plus stage one two or three pump is there any point in just replacing the cylinders if your tractor is otherwise stock?

Potentially dumb question - if the PTO on the 1/2025R is hydraulic, would this modification increase the PTO HP? Or is something else the limiting factor?

hows that turbo coming for 3E ? have you found any frame ect wear from 3E hydraulic upgrade with pump and 2" cylinders

I'm sure it's noted somewhere. What is the result if only the pump is replaced? If I'm too lazy to change it all out? If there was a replacement flow regulator(the part you took out) that existed could that be put in to balance the flow back out?

Spot on with the opening comments about going straight to Stage 3. I started with the original top level pump and moved to the Stage 3 when it became available - never 2nd guessed the upgrade.

Does your pump kits effect the 3point lift ability

I have the 2022, 1025R JD It is all stock & yes, it is slow but right now I have an issue where I have broken one of the cylinder rods for the tilt/curl, on the bucket I can replace the one cylinder with another stock cylinder ($339 to $599 a piece) or if I change Both cylinders to the new & bigger cylinders will I be taking a performance hit?. I am using the stock hydraulic pump & the pressures are still stock I am assuming you are offering these a single cylinder & not in a pair?

Oh wow, that's even cooler they have like a lock feature. Just ordered them, so looking forward getting them and throwing away the junk stock ones that have leaked since day one. The trade up is very nice feature of your business too there at the end.

put down filter fabric before laying rock. If you don't, the rock just keeps sinking into the dirt year after year, thus needing more. Well worth the initial cost.

Do you think these could be installed without removing the floor board? I have the mauser cab and I have no idea how to take the cab off. The floor panel won't come off as the cab sits on top of it.

Do you have a spec sheet for the auger? GPM, torque, etc? I'd like to use this with a stump planer too would that be possible, or not enough torque? Maybe you could make a mini-planer? 😁
