Great report, I flew AA in Premium and Business recently from London to Miami, the crew were so inconsistent and not personable at all and the food was average, they really need to up their game in such a competitive environment. I will stick with BA for my transatlantic flights and Qatar when heading East. Thanks for sharing 😊
Completely agree. AA was always my favorite carrier growing up - today, the culture is so different. I just hope I don't get sneered at by the check-in staff, or from the FAs while on board. The hardest part is their lack of reliability - compared to DL, UA and WN, American is just perpetually delayed. Too many times I've run through DFW - only to miss my connection by a few minutes - and there seems to be little-to-no assistance from the gate staff when that happens. Like you, I hope AA sees better days in the future.
Well said! Just off another PE flight, this time returning from Doha. Video to come.. The feeling/verdict is still the same. I'm afraid. Really appreciate your feedback.
American Airlines is really America west in guise. The management grew thru mergers and acquisitions; but they don’t have the talent or expertise manage this airline management is out of touch. Had them on ULH 15 hour flight. Food was okay but not substantial. Crew was unmotivated and didn’t really want to work. They ran out of snacks in between the services and drinks. Abysmal for the world’s largest airline on a 15 hour flight. They also got rid of mattress pads in business class.
Great point. It does seem that things went south after the US airways merger. Doug Parker didn't seem to do the old AA any favors. And it's not improved since he left.
Great video. Thanks. Flying next week PE. it’s the possible reclining without bothering the passenger behind? Did you get bofher by the one in front of you?
Thanks so much! Absolutely, I found the recline to be just the right amount. I could go back fully and feel good about not bothering the passenger behind. I also found there to be plenty of space to use my laptop when the person in front was reclined. Hope you have a great trip. Thanks again.

Thanks for watching and the comment, and I absolutely agree. Your strategy pretty much one that I now embrace. Really appreciate your support.
Keep it up 🔥
