And the happiness in her voice and mannerisms and her husband's interactions with everyone shows how happy they are. I love that you are showcasing their apartment on your channel because their happiness are making my day 🌞. I'll pray for them and whatever medical issues they are facing. I believe good thoughts and prayers help so much more than people realize.

The loft is a big enough space for the essentials in their life. The views must be amazing when it snows. Martha and Ricky are sweet together. I like their dog's ramp to get on the bed. They have a very cute dog.

It’s truly nice how this couple decorated the loft but it doesn’t hide the elephant in the room that they were willing to pay 4K for a loft that’s worth no more than 1,750 or 2K at the most. Honestly I couldn’t make New York City be my home.

It< makes sense, BTC and crypto is off helping to regulate, rather than pretend it won't ever happen. The big institutions getting in is the catalyst that will launch us into the stratosphere. Most people don't like change but after the change is made they grow used to it and it becomes a non issue usually because their fears never materialize. I'd get involved more knowing that I have made over 7 btc and 15ETH from day-trade with Mrs Charity Combs Crypto in few weeks
