Hi Marina! I have created my own diet and exercise planner about a year ago, I designed everything myself, handled every other process myself too. I had 500 pieces like you had and still could not sell them out 😞 I have been sending free planners to dietitians but after a while sales just stop and I need to find a new way for marketing. It is super difficult to handle everything yourself 🙈 love your videos! Thanks for sharing your experiences ☺️
Honestly, the title of this video is very misleading. If you got 7000$ in profits you should have named the video like that, is still a big amount. Also, you said it was your planner, but you had other people doing it for you. Suggesting people that they should hire from other countries cus they work for a cheaper price is also unfair. Is like if a writer does a great job, should you pay them fairly for the job they do, and not take advantage that they live in another country where people get less paid. Also it seems to me that you are promoting another web page without saying that they are sponsoring you, since they give your a discount, and this time you say that "hey they are in the US"... as if that would make the company better. And really, the tour of your huge apartment wasn’t necessary. So basically if you have the money you can invest in everything you want you will probably make a profit cus professionals did the job. It's very different when you have a computer, you are on your own and you do everything yourself and don't have even money to promote your notebook on any platform.

Even though I know a lot about marketing (I’m in IT), that’s all in theory and not in practice. Selling service? No prob. Selling product? No clue.

I know physical products are so much harder than online ones! That's why I don't think I would be relaunching my planner.
