Making a ponysona is hard!
It's real heavy on thinking of who you are and what represents you.
Most of my friends in the fandom still haven't thought of a cutiemark after years 😄
My sona wears a cloak bc I am NOT making a cutie mark 😅

I just thought once “well I love cats, and I want a magically talented pony, and I’ve always wanted clouds as a cutie mark”
So after a few drafts, I got clouds in the shape of a cat paw, with a crescent moon and a shine, and I love it :3
My pony sona doesn’t have a cutie mark cuz I have no clue what I’m doing with my life 😭
I'm thinking something about knowledge/birds, as my special interest (diagnosed autistic ^^) is actually birds and I love just reading Abt them! (My friend was peering at me in a funky way bc I was just intensely reading paragraphs about birds)
I've gone through a few, but I decided to be somewhat non representational and make mine an emerald cat's eye with sparkles lol (I'm an artist for context and I really love all things sparkly and pretty, like a crow)
I cackled seeing "Lives in Sydneigh" but it fits so well in the MLP universe

Gotta say, I don’t see many green Ponysonas, probably because it’s a hard body color to pull off. But I’d say you nailed it! (Also, I don’t know if I’m wrong and this is just a me thing, but we don’t typically pronounce “Xing” differently from “Crossing” here in America, it’s just an abbreviation more than slang. We also sometimes write Xmas instead of Christmas with the same “criss-cross” idea in mind.)
My Ponysona isn’t a pony at all, actually. They’re a Hippogriff and Oni fusion, and originally isn’t from the MLP world. They fled their old world into the MLP realm after killing an old friend and have endlessly reincarnated ever since. (Hippogriffs exist in the MLP world, but not Oni, unless they appeared in the comics or something.)

Omg I’ve never heard someone pronounce x-ing as xing. I really love that actually :) In the US it’s pronounced “crossing” because the x is a shorthand symbol in the shape of two lines crossing each other. So “cross”(x)-ing. But xing is honestly so much better. It’s typically used to designate animal crossings, so for example a sign that says “deer x-ing” indicates that deer frequently cross the road in that area so you should be alert while you’re driving. Anyway, I love your sona, and I’m so glad you’ve joined the pony masses lol

There also different pony species beside Pegasus, unicorn and earth ponies :). There are also Hipocampus/Hipogryphs, Kirins, Changelings, Crystal ponies, Reindeer (if I can recall from one Christmas episode. Thier antlers work the same as unicorns' horns) and bat ponies! My sona is a bat pony, because I feel like there's a lot of freedom with them since they're very mystic and darker pallets fit them well! (other species are usually more vibrant and colorful).

recently, i've been learning how to draw ponies (mlp ponies i mean but in my kind of style lol) and i've been having a lot of fun with it even if i get agitated at times. poses are still a little hard for me though. i think ponies are a very fun thing to draw and you can put anything on your ponies/posysona!! :)

My ponysonas is a changeling, because I’m very indecisive and have no idea who I am or want to be. I thought it only made sense. But my ponysonas character that she is is a light lime green unicorn with beige short hair and light purple eyes is like my first set version of her..

I never hear someone pronounce Xing like that. I think my head I automatically autocorrect it to crossing because that is what it is used for and the lines in the x are crossing over each other so equate x to cross.

Love the way you pronounced x-ing as "shing"/"dzing." In reality it's just said
"crossing," or *maybe* "ex-ing," because the X isn't really there as a letter but rather a visual representation of the intersection / cross over point. It's just easier to fit on a sign than the entire word "crossing." It makes a suuuuper cute name the way you say it tho.
I don’t think the difference between the ponies (Pegasus, unicorns, earth ponies) are personality based but whatever good for you I guess

Heya zep love your content and art style I want to ask you a question I made a formula for the color of shadows using the color green on your pony I basically took the base color rgb numbers and the shadow rgb numbers subtracted them wrote down the difference between them and whether or not you add or subtract it like this (this isn’t the actual formula this is just an example) (base) R:116 G:242 B:38 (shadow) R:23 G:176 B:41 (results) R:-93 G:-66 B:+3 is it ok if I use the formula I made for my art I’m not sure if it is considered stealing so I’m just asking to be sure
Of course you can use it! I don't own these colours haha,, it's really cool that you came up with a formula! I always recognised I had a pattern in how I selected colours but it was mostly muscle memory rather than a mathematical process! Thanks for ur rlly thoughtful comment ^_^
