Lex and Los are seriously the best couple example I could think of in this TH-cam Community. Their vlogs are so real - maybe because it's because of their genuine personalities. But it is very nice looking up to them as a young adult. You both inspire me so much and your humble souls only make me want to be a better person. Their love for Christ is truly incredible!
So happy for y'all! It's so refreshing and admirable to see two people who have essentially grown up in Hollywood, step out of the status quo, and instead acknowledge the calling of God. I think this big move, if anything, just shows how grounded you guys are in your faith... not many people would be willing to give up a huge house, the lifestyle in LA, and all that. This truly shows your hearts and minds are in the right place, you're not materialistic, or superficial people. I truly admire that. Obviously you guys don't need my validation or anyone elses. I'm just blown that people don't see what I see, you're incredible people. Keep spreading the love :)
For all the Christian watchers... please stop being negative and rude. You are not called to have an opinion, you're called to pick up your cross daily. Speaking words that aren't encouraging and loving is not of God. Please start to respect that they aren't you and don't feel and live the way you do.

I may be biased, but Hawaii is definitely one of the best places to live non-materialistically. My family also downsized a lot after moving from Washington to Oahu, and it was a huge eye-opener. We all realized we never needed a big house with lots of things in it. We had faith in God, and he helped us come to this realization. I'm so happy for your family and we can already see Maui has such a positive influence on you. I think Ocean will love growing up there! :)
destinykcq same i been living in this big house for 12 almost 13 years and so excited we finally moving from a 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and a big yard to a 3 bedroom and 2 bath house with a pool . 🙌🙌🙌🙌

Hearing Alexa say why you guys are moving is amazing! We all get caught up in the nice cars, house, clothes, etc. its nice to see a Godly couple that doesn't need all the "nicer" things in life because that greatest things can't be bought!💙
Just an added point, whats so wrong with living a peaceful life anyway! Whats so wrong with living in a constant paradise, thats what God wishes for us. He wants us to be peaceful at heart and to enjoy this life. LA is a very hard place to thrive as a Christian, and I believe that moving to a place where you guys feel that God will bless you with especially the people He will put in your life is so important. If anything this move shows how much Faith you both have in Him to trust that He will continue to bless you with work and etc. Praying you guys get the house!! Can't wait to see more of Maui!

Priorities change when you have a baby people!! Acting isn't as important in some ways as raising their child in a place that they want to and feel happy in. I think it was a GREAT choice!! LA and that lifestyle is so materialistic anyway...they can always move back if they want, it's whatever they want.
I understand the move 100% now. Amazing choice! Letting go of all the materialistic things and being in a peaceful state of mind!

I think it's great that you are moving to Maui. If you believe God is telling you to do this, there's no point in questioning what God has in store for you three. I'm so glad to see you as such great parents already. I'm 15 and I aspire to be as Christ dedicated and loving with whomever God has in store for my husband, as the two of you are. You two are personally inspiring, not only through your careers but through your faith in God. Through these vlogs, you find every opportunity to incorporate God or the Bible, and I think it's just incredible. Growing up I always watched Spy Kids and Big Time Rush, loving the characters and stories, but watching these videos and seeing your personalities shine as well as your faith and love is truly inspiring. Concern: I'm not sure how your car seat works but my mom noticed that the actual car seat belt was over Ocean's belly and from the many car seats she's gone through she's always put the seat belt through the middle of the car seat if it's built that way, just so in case of an accident the seat belt holds the seat down and doesn't squish the baby's tummy. If your seat is built that way and works great!

I never understood why you guys moved but after watching these Vlog I know now. it like what my church and Dad always says, that all the things in these world is not going to go with you to heaven and they are just things, the best thing is to listen to God and he will bless you more than you know. Hi guys, my husband and I are in the middle of moving to Maui also. Even though we aren't there until April, I can't begin to tell you how many negative comments we've gotten from people. We don't have a lot and don't own a home and no kids, but honestly we just want to fill our lives with as much love and peace as we can. We have noticed that the negative comments we've gotten have been from people who are so tied down and carry so much stress with them everywhere or just who are not happy on the inside. I think the choice you have made as a family and for spiritual growth is so beautiful and that no one else can tell you what you need or how to do it. Maybe we'll see you around the island🌴Mahalo for now✌🏼

I think it is great that you guys are taking this step and moving. There are so many successful celebrities who live outside of California and still have careers. There are also many people who live on Maui with hardworking jobs. Just because you live somewhere tropical and warm does not mean you are lazy and on vacation the whole time. I didn't really understand until I moved across the country, but it's so important to live somewhere that matches your soul. If living in Maui makes y'all feel at peace and happy and you have the ability to move there, then you should absolutely do it.

Aloha because we respect people who respect the land. If aunty at the top names her child a Hawaiian name she probably has respect for our culture and what not. I loved your chit chat at the end! I am about to hit the road in a few weeks to just LIVE.
