Jon! Please let Andreas film an entire technical video of how he: -Chooses the settings on the camera (resolution, fps, white balance, etc) -Imports/converts the footage for Premiere Pro -Edits the videos -Color grades the videos
a lot of this can be found on youtube. Obviously not made by andreas, but you can tell a lot of the settings he is using. many creators use use the same resolutions and frame rates etc because they are using the same cameras and are limited to similar settings. For example, slow motion shots are likely 120fps...etc

The pool pump should have a dump valve... if not get one installed. They are cheap and you can hock up a 4 inch hose. If the pump is sufficiently big it will empty the entire pool in 10 minutes. Also, get a gutter installed to that roof. Keep an eye on the back of the property were you planted the palm trees. That retainer wall looks very small and given the run off from the property behind you could end up with everything sliding down into your pool.

I used to have a pool in Los Angeles. He should had used his pool pump to lower the water level. There is a place to hook up a garden hose to the pool pump and then you string the garden hose to the street and pump the water out. I had to do that maybe 10 times during heavy rains plus Riley should put in rain gutters on his roof. That would of helped too.

Not very good for us europeans to upload off schedule in the night. you lose views this way . I remeber when it was upload time 12.00 or 16.00 every day back in the day. Everyone knew it so people came here right in time to watch the vlogs. Nowdays you have no clue when the video is going online= less views in my opinon. just a tip :) and yes i know they are like 7h behind but still its very late uploads
That was Marcus putting in an effort and getting it on at the right time. Flying, all time zones, the vlog was 99% of the time on time. I can just see that there is less love for the vlog.
with that rain situation, at the start i wished if you went live but after the pump came to rescue i'm very much happy with the result and the vlog hahaha
Um a little confused . Question for Riley. You have a huge pool pump , all you had to do ,is do a backwash and pump the water out a large quantity out of the pool and extra coming in the pool. How come you never used that ?
Jon, now that andreas has shown that he is capable of doing beyond amazing edits and filming...would it be too weird if you would try and do a whole "cinematic" vlog without any talking but only the action,timelapses etc, so people could enjoy the amazing art that you and andreas are creating!
