Is it market expected to go up or down after the cut? I’m assuming the it goes up in general but especially for banking and real estate.

Up, particularly small caps. They are extremely rate sensitive so when you see delays or hikes the Russell crashes
There's a short pullback before we get bullish so watch out for that.
