Timing mean reversions is pretty much impossible, but there's no way small caps can stay at a PE of 13 forever. I got into the R2K in late January, and I think it's the best risk-reward position. If you think in days/weeks/months though, it's going to be tough to stick with
growth over small caps any day

@@ericj9011 Or just valuation. Both the S&P 600 and R2K are trading at a multiple of 13, and they have times of being in the low 20s.
Listen, maybe a company like MSFT will slow down, but there’s still value in Mag 7, look to AMZN and TSLA especially, META too.
yep I own the smaller megacaps. The path to 2 Trillion for Meta, Amazon, and Tesla is easier than Apple, Microsoft to 6T
@@weho_brian agree, and to be fair, thats almost a strength for those stocks, they basically move like indexes so capped on upside but pretty much guaranteed to keep growing. BTC is also now basically a blue chip megacap stock with high growth potential, should be in every portfolio imo

I love it when people pretend they are clairvoyant, an old friend of mine who was in the city in London was often asked, “if I buy this WILL it go up?” , he used to say “if I knew that I would be on a beech in the Bahamas”.
