Hi,can you tell what brand of floss are you using?

I cant understand why NOBODY shows how to floss the top. For two weeks I cannot get the floss in the top...now im thinking that you only have to floss the bottoms. I have to go back for an adjustment so I guess I will find out in a few weeks.

Where would I find the other types of brushes? I just got All on 4s and am still healing but just have a water pick and regular toothbrush. That angled on looks amazing

Hi do you do All on 4 Zirconia as well or only acrylic?

We don't do any acrylic bridges - only milled titanium with milled PMMA and Zirconia. The first immediate bridge (a few days after surgery) is always a milled titanium with milled PMMA as this can be completed within the time frame and this can remain as a long-term bridge. Zirconia is considered a stronger bridge due to the material strength but has pros and cons one of them being against natural teeth and the difficulty of repair.

@@advanceddentalartistryperth Yeah I am leaning towards Zirconia. Quite a few people I spoke to prefer Zirconia. Also what about patients who are allergic to Metal. What other options are there?

@@sonny4569 Zirconia is excellent for a single arch. There is a wide degree of allergy to metal from minor reaction or very serious. Dental implants are titanium and zirconia is consider a "white metal". Allergy to both is very rare and PMMA (or acrylic) is the only other option - generally there is a higher reaction to acrylic resins over zirconia
