So I'm assuming if the cars stay on the road, and Pedestrians stay on the pavement, there's less of an issue? Is that the general demarcation?( I'm a bit new to this car / Pedestrian thing.) as I'm from another planet.

By all means film the aggressive ones but don't antagonise the reasonable ones. Why not film the law courts where liberal judges impose pathetic penalties on paedos and rapists etc., and let's have the names and some of the sentences they hand down. The judges also need to be held to account. And also read out to the viewers ( in some of the quieter moments ) some of the stats of law enforcement officers convicted of wrong doing. I believe the Constabulary's own web sites are obliged to convey this information. Carry on..

Auditors get away with it sometimes.
