All these "hard" people just look like idiots to me. Sure they might be able to antagonise and bully people when in a pack. But, that's all they can do. They offer no real value to humanity. Being "hard" means nothing in the grand scheme of things. Sure you might be physically tough, or at least able to convince others you are even when not, but where is your compassion, decency, respect? They are real virtues that matter.

He said where are you going with your life, do you want this in five or ten years.

I now run a business in the trades.
Yes the kids today are gobby shts.
Many like I had been just need someone to really talk to them, get into their head and make them think.
The one that got to me was " what if rhis was your family treated like you treat someone else"

Always amazes me how they will only hit you if you go around a magic corner, or go to a certain spot. It's almost as if they need to keep making up excuses because they can't admit they're afraid.
As a boxer I always would just invite them to the gym, would shut them right up.
Some bad apples did come into the gym and after a while they learnt to behave. A lot of them just lacking guidance and a slap.

Invitation to go around the corner, maybe they know there's no CCTV along there and thought they could do their worse. This pack mentality is very concerning, they are afraid of some perceived danger. I thought this would die out over the years but it hasn't, I can remember Teddy Boys.

Doesn't make a difference mate, Wendall had his own camera and CCTV following them before the corner would be enough evidence for the police to decide who committed the crime. It's simply an excuse to not do anything, if you're really going to hit someone a corner isn't the defining factor. If you watch the video again that lad is only mouthy when we walks away, whenever he turns around and they're face-to-face he goes quiet. @@maryj5593

My Gran lived initially in Quarry Hill, then Little London, she passed away in 2005, after which I no longer visited Leeds. I have many happy memories. Loved Roundhay Park especially. The Merrion Shopping Mall was fun also. I'm sixty now, living in the south. 🥰

British food “So bland and boring”? No Wendall, it really is not. It should not be fish and chips, breakfast fry up, or roast dinners that come to mind when you think of traditional English food. While up North a delicious Lancashire hotpot or a Alnwick Stew, or an iconic Parmo chicken. Or if you go south, Devon cream teas, Cornish pasties, Hevva cake, Portland Pudding. I’m all for flavour but a lot of so called imported cuisine is too heavy on spices, salt etc and less on subtleties. As a man who travels extensively throughout the country you might like to make it a priority to seek out local traditional foods in the area and especially now as your videos become more food centric…. Don’t dismiss ALL English food as bland and boring. And seeing as you were in Yorkshire, seek out homemade Yorkshire Brack, sold in all good bakeries.
