You can keep your 218 area code lures in Minnesota because that's where they work. ⚠️😎 We use Trout magnet Jigs and crappie magnet Jigs here in Pennsylvania...I've learned to adapt from Minnesota to Pennsylvania and fishing in Pennsylvania is much harder than in Minnesota and I'm not a fisherman, I'm one of the best Catchermen in the world. 😂😂

So what was your jigging cadence... Aggressive until they get close then just holding it still?

I don't understand letting 12-inch and bigger fish go. But it's been a long time since I've had fresh fish to eat. Thanks for sharing.

I let the trophy sized ones go. To me a 12 inch crappie is big and I'd like to catch it again possibly when it gets to be 15 inches. So I eat the ones smaller than 12 inches specifically I prefer ones in that 11 inch range so I get a good mixture of breading and fish.

Lift and set!!! Hooks are a little small on this bait so hookup percentage is not great

@330Maniac I do it all the time and I use smaller hooks, and I catch and keep the male blue gills and throw the female's back, as I been ice fishing and summer fishing since I was 8 yrs old and I am 65 years old now and I have learned a lot just by learning what I was doing wrong, I have All types of fish hanging on my wall in my house and so many times I wish I had a camera with when I use to Walk the shore lines up to 4 feet in water and even deeper than that, I was told by a game warden that I stay in the water the land owner can't do a darn thing about it as I caught millions of fish and most of the time I threw them back, walking 15 miles to go fishing for the whole day and walk back home in the dark through the woods, flash light helps, I bought a new elan ski Doo when I was 16 and drove it until the frame was worn out, I bought a new Polaris snowmobile indy trail 440 and ran it until, I bought a new Polaris sportsman atv and from then on that's been my transportation source for the rest of my life, lost my license when was in a very serious car accident and I killed to children and injured the mother, so I quit driving vehicles and started walking where I needed to go and then I bought a new Polaris sportsman ATV and a really nice used Polaris snowmobile indy 600Xc and I had that for 12 years and I sold it and bought a Two up Polaris touring snowmobile with reverse and electric start, and that's my life so far,
I used to trap beaver otter and muskrats and coon and bobcat in the 70s 80s and 90s and then the prices went to crap because of those fking tree huggers and people against trapping for our living to have money to live on.
Some people just need to wake up and pull their head out of their asss and find out what kind of life that your family has gone through and My family members have gone through, because of the fking ass holes that are against trapping and killing animals and birds and fish.
