I've done Thirsti vs SodaStream. SS is more diverse but Thirsti is easier to load. The CO2 bottles are the same. (Standard CO2 bottle- not short ones but slim long) SS requires bottle (personal or 2 litre depending on model) but Thirsti just add a glass. SS you moderate carbon and add flavor beforehand for best results. Thisti measures and dispenses based on pre-measured levels. The only big deciding factor is basically manual (SS) or automatic (Thisti). They both work great depending on how much control you want of making your drinks.
I pre ordered the ninja thirsti the water tank does not fit in my fridge unless the lid is off!I also have the soda stream they have different models of soda stream,i now have the one that takes the pink co2 and the pink ones do not fit/or work in thirsti!But other types of soda stream that take the blue co2 i heard they fit but i cannot confirm that ninja says if you use other companies co2 it may not get the right seal and leak some co2!
@@michaelb4512 the one you click to select the fizz “3bubbles” the one that tells you the co2 is low. That light stays orange when using another CO2 that is not ninja. Is not a problem is just on. It still works using the other CO2
@@angle4god I ended up getting the blue co2 and used it but my light did not stay you have to reset it im pretty sure it tells you how in the instructions!Im not using the thirsti no more instead im using sodastream to save space or else i would look at mine!

did you know that the clear plastic piece comes out if you pull it towards you for cleaning

from what I have read if you have the 60L THREADED canister you can use them also think the pink soda stream ones are the quick connect style.
I have use the sodastream blue refill and it work perfect the only thing is that the orange light stays on

Looks cool but I worry about getting flavors for an affordable price.
I know the machine is intended to be used with ninja pods, but you can have it just make sparkling water and then add whatever flavoring you want.
So you can just make sparkling water is that true? Do you need to add fruit or can you leave that out? I would like to know?
you don't need to take pods out to rinse it just don't select anything
They lost me with the sucralose. If I could have more flavors with either zero sweeteners or using real sugar, I might buy one.
