NEVER PUT YOUR HAND OVER THE TOP WHEN ADDING THE TOP!!! Your hand might touch the opening, which is unsanitary. Also, you might add too much pressure and crumple the cup or spill it. Run your fingers around the edge or the top to ensure it's attached properly.

Thank you for a great tutorial. I appreciate the pauses as they clearly delinate each phase. I also appreciate the speed at which you go, which is slower than we would at a store so that we can CLEARLY see the execution of each step. The other thing I enjoy is all the super snarky comments by people complaining. You didn't have to make this video. And they don't need to watch it. It's really sad to see so many people so devoted to ripping things down -- the power of being anonymous I suppose? At Starbucks, we're taught to celebrate and appreciate others, it how we connect - There are a lot of people here I would never want to connect with OR work with given the attitudes they demonstrated here in the comments section. I image they didn't last long - they're probably nuclear physicists or hostage negotiators (yes see, I can be snarky too)... Maybe they work for Dunkin' Donuts?
Dazyet he didn’t explain it well, you pour the milk to the first one of any cup size your given, and the milk you regularly use is whole milk unless customer till u otherwise
For step 4: for cold bar ( including Frappuccino) it’s 2 pumps for tall or short 3 pumps for grande and 4 pumps for venti ( unless told by customer otherwise). And or the ice scoops you use the one for the right cup size and dump it in the blender. Hope it helps to anyone in the future cause I know this is old 😂🤷🏿♂️
