My old DMX7017DABS unit had a really cool display feature when playing music. On the home screen, you would get an old school style graphic equaliser type display with the frequency "power bars" bouncing around with the music. Any upgrade I go for needs this as it is just so retro and keeps the display "live" - my toy car is a 90's sports car so this kind of retro feature works well. Maybe not so much with modern cars. But - if I find a top model that still has this feature, I'm IN !!
Also- I have a dmx2019dabs in my car right now, is this a straight swap ? I don’t want to have to buy loads of leads and a fascia etc etc especially as I don’t really know what I’m doing. If it’s just a case of unplugging my 2019dabs and connecting this specific model to the same connections I’ve just unplugged then great. If not then I’m a bit screwed. I hope someone can answer this please.
