How do you get sound going through drive play to car
Either through Aux in if your car has it or tune to FM frequency.
Can you incorporate rear cam?
Yes. Very cheap option
How's the audio quality with the Bluetooth connection from your phone? I have a Bluetooth connector in my phone right now which connects to the aux which doesn't always sound clear almost like a echo.
No echo at all. Worked on any system will always transmit more information.

So it doesn’t come through the speaker of the car?
Yes it can do either through the unit or you can select an FM frequency and tune to the same channel as your car stereo. My apologies if I didn’t cover that very clearly.
