Last Class 321 departing Chelmsford

The now 2nd to last main line public Class 321 departs from Chelmsford. This wasn't a scheduled working for this unit and had replaced a failed Class 720 at extremely short notice from Clacton earlier that evening.
*this was previously the very last public 321 on the GEML, however another 720 failed a week or so later and a single return run was covered by a 321, which went unrecorded on video unfortunately.

These have now been relegated to be used on the Branch lines haven’t they since the Class 720s have entered service.
