If you uncheck Search Urkund archive it will not search the archive when you check next time. In another persons case if he has not unchecked, it will check.

You can include that content. But the system will show similarity. As the similarity is from the article published by you during the research being submitted, it has to be excluded by the authorities. Hence submit a digital copy of the articles also with the thesis.

After selecting the document there is an option to change the folder. When you click on it you will get the folder Trash. Change to that. Initially document will remain there. When you click on the analysis address you can see the trash folder. You can delete the document permanently from there.

You are right. You have to rephrase sentences using synonyms or can paraphrase / summarize the content and provide proper citation and references.
