Springbank 15 is an excellent dram. I liken it to a bursting uppercut of funky prickly ‘pineappled’ pear plucked from the earth, with lingering notes of dunnage cereal, mill smoke, and Dettol (antiseptic).

My 2019 has lots of complexity and the great Springbank funk and quite enjoy it. Only had a couple drams of the 2021 10 and they are both night and day. Cheers!

Got a bottle last year ( last one in the shop) and its the earlier label and packaging. Still you can’t beat a springbank 15(?). Good review Alan, slàinte.

Wonderful review as always Alan! Price for 15 here in States is nearing 200! The 10 is now hovering around $100! Need to have it in my collection so I may pull the trigger. Just a price comparison the Glenallachie Batch 5 is going for $79.95 can’t find it cheaper. The Springbank 18 is approaching 230-250! Amazing. (I did buy 3 GA batch 5’s) lol! As always thank you for your reviews and your passion! It’s infectious! Neal

@@nealbruce5914 it's £90 here fella so the $150 is probably about the right money... I'm really enjoying it.... Don't think I would replace it Neal... As I am fortunate enough to be able to pick up the GA single casks for similar money.... However I would recommend it buddy....

Alan, I'm enjoying a July 2019 bottling and has a bit more fruit than the earthy/funky notes. Very nice. Need to check the date on my back-up bottle. CHEERS!!

Great vid Alan. In the Netherlands it is almost everywhere sold out. Last prices were insanely expensive. About twice as much from last years prices.
