AWB is up there with Dawson as one of our greatest signings! You're spot on with that evaluation Geo! He's still class and I have loved him ever since he was with Palace. And now, of course, he's even scoring goals - and much as I hate the guy who was manager when he signed for us, Lopo has to get a bit of credit for that!!

Most people would have no problem having a whole video dig a player out, so its nice to see a video purely celebrating the fact we got a signing spot on. Whether through luck or not, he’s one of the best RB’s ive seen play for this club, and a far cry from the likes Sam Byram and Harvard Nordtfiedt
He puts in a decent shift and definitely goes out on a limb for us sometimes. His effort and vision stands out amongst some of our players. He does have his weaknesses but I love versatile players like this. Deffo contender for HOTY

But there's a caveat to my, overall positive, view that I've seen him strolling, not even jogging, back to defend following turnovers after our atttacks. I think that Julen has instructed him to 'stay high' in previous games but I'm a bit worried about this happening under GP too.
On the homegrown quota, at present you'd imagine Bowen, Kilman, Obi Wan, and Old man Wes will be shoe ins. Throw Potts and Scarles into that mix we're on 6. We need a keeper (Ramsdale anyone) and then one of our loanees back. Easy.
I maybe one that didn’t think AWB was playing that good under lop he just got done on the overlap way to much but under potter different player potter is bringing the best out of him and his positioning is 100 times better . England call up is what he needs now

Oli Scarles has cost us zilch. He is a home grown player. Add in Casey, Earthy and Orford plus our captain Bowen, o think we will be ok. Potter has got to give Casey some minutes rather than continuing to ise slow-worm Cresswell!
