Blade mode tip : (Xbox or PS controller only)
1. Pull the right joystick with your thumb but DON'T release the joystick to slice because this throws it off center. Instead, aim correctly and press either attack buttons with your index finger and you will get an accurate cut.
2. If you press down the left joystick you can walk in blade mode.

I think the enemy has armor that sort of counteracts the hf blade so you need to catch em off guard or strike perfect to weaken them enough for blade mode

Raiden mentions that hitting Armstrong with the HF Blade feels the same as hitting a cyborg, so possibly they have some kind of armor to counteract HF tech
