    As seasoned Superhosts, do you'll think Airbnb needs to tweak their review policy? I feel we give Guests too much of a leeway

      Our experience with Airbnb reviews has been very positive. We always take reviews as an opportunity to really listen to our guests. If we were seeing negative reviews or reviews with a specific frustration point, we would want to make sure we addressed that with the property!

    please, I have WiFi in my property but it`s not the best one, is it enough or should I subscribe in the most expensive one ?

      I would test it out on your own phone and computer and determine whether or not it's a frustration point for your guests. If it's lagging and slow, it might be appropriate to upgrade!

      I had the same issue and I upgraded to a Google 'dots' Wi-Fi 6e mesh network. It made a HUGE difference. Also, the speed of ths router you have from your provider (or if you purchased it) is critical. Mine cost a little over $100, but in combination with the Google Dots made a huge difference!
