I consider another weak point is that the data/power cable that is exposed and coming of the back is vulnerable. That said it looks a really good camera. Shame they didn’t wait a year to release because there’s going to be quit a few customers who bought the original Duo who are going to be pretty pissed off!
What was the ACTUAL frame rate on the final 8K recording? In your test recording at 6:05, you say the footage is at the "highest quality, 20 fps," but looking at the video, it's obvious that the real frame rate is much lower. Would you please check and post the final frame rate (you can use a tool such as mediainfo to determine that). Thank you.
Thanks for the review. Nice job. I’m assuming you can select and delete individual videos from the cloud. Can you do the same on the sd card or do you have to delete them all by reformatting the card. Thanks.
Hey, bro. Any ideas to why I not be getting power through the poe+ switch to this camera? I have a few models but this one is the only one it fails to power. I'm using a TP-Link PoE, TL-SG1005P
I guess you have the POE version of this camera? Seems weird if other cameras work with the same switch. Does the camera work when using a power adapter? You might have to ask Reolink about it.
@@Securitybros I just talked to support and they let me know that there is no PoE for the Wi-fi version which is super weird tbh :))). Thanks anyways bro.
Do you have set for max 4608*1728? I'm having problems with it not showing on screen unless it's the only feed I'm looking at. Depending on which NVR I'm using it is actually the opposite so my 36 channel does what I just mentioned my eight channel does the reverse of that.
Good review. I bought the POE Duo 2. I like it. It's a winner.
Can the spotlight be set to a zone? Ignoring other zones?

I hope you can review dual ptz ip camera the one with another small ptz on top of main camera
Just ordered this plus the NVR also!!

Could You please tell me, on the fluent mode, what is the resolution in there and max bitrate to choose ?
4608x1728 max bitrate is 10240.
you didn't review the WiFi connection...
does this camera have to be plugged in when it is mounted

Thanks. I think in the app you can only delete them all by format the SD card but if you put it in a computer you can delete files one by one.
How high up is the camera mounted? That's a nice angle you have there.
4-5 meters up something like that.

Can camera use only network cable for connection without using WiFi?
Yes but then I would get the POE version instead so you only need to use one cable.
Hi. Me again🕊. What do i need to power this one. I like it
Do you have know if there rtsp?
Where do you live. I want to move there
Is this wired or solar
So even though it has antennas, you have to connect it with Ethernet cable?
No lol. It's Optional
Does it work with Alexa?
I haven't tried so I don't know. It doesn't say anything on their product page so you might have to ask Reolink about it.
I feel bad for the people that purchased the 1st one lol
@@PepRex besides trackmix the reolink duo part one is the newest camera they have
Why? The Reolink duo 3 WiFi is coming soon also
👍👍👍
It records only at 6MP when connected to NVR !!!
Disappointed

@@gildoubrava5998 I have an 8 channel and I can see the feed in multi view.
Also, set to max
😊
You're really hard to listen to, couldn't finish the video.
I'm sorry. Hopefully you can find a another video.
