Explain about your period. I gave the Dr Mindy fast like a girl book to my daughter because it goes into details about hormones. She split up with her amazing guy before her period.
She now plans her time more carefully before her period and doesn’t make decisions, doesn’t take on new challenges, doesn’t drink etc
Get therapy. Even if you’re hormones are disregulating you, you need to be more aware be skilled in handling your negative emotions. Otherwise You’ll sabotage more more things.
Get a good homeopath. Or take high quality supplements daily. To regulate your endocrine system. Women are very vulnerable for 7 -10 days of the month. And then have to deal with these assholes too. 💀
She most certainly doesn't need therapy. And it's so insulting to women. Women need rest/support/fasting/exercise and nature. Reduce stress and work with your cycle. No meds no talk therapy rubbish. Supplements too.

Ha, my ex’s brother popped up as someone I may know on FB but we’ve never met, I only spoke to him once nearly a year ago and had deleted his number from my contacts months ago. I mentioned it to my ex and he was like REALLY!? I have a feeling he looked me up from his bro’s page. We’re still speaking but I’m no longer attempting to talk about a relationship. No point, he’s on his hustle, that’s the reason he walked, when things got real and a potential baby was possible. He knew he had to level up. He’s a good person, but handled ending things so immaturely. Could’ve just said I’m not financially ready for kids right now. He’s the one to point out a random kid saying that’s what our biracial daughter would look like on date 2!! Just ridiculous.
