The 2009 Celtics started 27-2 before Garnett's injury, the 2009 Boston-LA Finals would have been a classic, and the 2010 Finals could have gone differently with a healthy Perkins. Even past their prime, they still played Miami tough and were even up 3-2 on the Heat in 2012.
