That was the most intense defensive battle I've seen in the finals. Kobe shot poorly, yes, but he also held Ray Allen, the greatest shooter of all time before steph curry, to like 30% shooting or something alongside those 15 boards you mentioned. When his shot wasn't falling, kobe still found ways to contribute. Kawhi and George did nothing right in this second half.

First of all, that Lakers team had no business of even taking that Suns team to the full 7 games with the “reigning” MVP Steve Nash, even though that year Kobe was clearly robbed, let alone being up 3-1. The ONLY reason they were up 3-1 was because of Kobe. Second, did Kobe have an awful offensive performance in Game 7 of 2010? Yes, he did... but did he let that stop from competing? Absolutely, not! Kobe decided to crash the glass and came down with 15 boards, and he continued to be aggressive by getting to the free throw line. That’s what WINNERS do!
