Those kids are a bunch of orphan siblings who work part-time at a fast-food restaraunt to pay for their tuition, and they're known as the Tiger 7: they also play as cartoon characters, dancing, singing and showing off their martial art moves, while also saving kids from lowlifes, which you've seen in the video. The main plot is that they join a very dangerous mountain bike race to get the prize money and pay for their sister's heart surgery.
