I've had my '25 Rebel now for almost 2 months and I love this truck! Instead of listing what I love about it, I'm going to list what I hate about it. This is in no particular order. 1. I have NEVER gotten the mileage that it say's on the window sticker. I know it's estimated but 17 city? I'm lucky if I get 13mpg, many times I get 12mpg. Highway? The best I've gotten is 15mpg. Combined? My best was 17mpg. That's with me putting in 93 octane and driving like grandpa, not towing or hauling either. I didn't buy this truck expecting great gas mileage with the bigger tires and 392 gears in the rear but atleast come close to what it say's on the window sticker. 2. The passenger screen is worthless and is a big waste. The only way the passenger can listen to anything is if they are wearing earbuds that are connected via blue tooth to the truck. 3. The two screens (radio and passenger) are very easily scratched. Do yourself a big favor and buy a screen protector from Amazon and install them as soon as possible. I learned the hard way on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that sliding your fingers across the screen easily scratches the screen. It's better to scratch the screen protectors than the radio/passenger screen. It's alot cheaper to replace the screen protectors then the radio/passenger screen. 4. The electronics are VERY buggy. If you listen to music with a memory stick/flash drive using the many usb ports, when you park the truck for the night, what ever number song it left off at the night before, when you get in the truck the next day, it's almost certain to be back at song #1. I've tried every setting possible to make sure they aren't on repeat or replay from the beginning and 99% of the time the first start up for the day, the song that will play and start at is song #1. 5. More electronic bugs! Adding something to your favorites (weather, camera angles, Alexa, AM/FM, USB 1, 2, 3, etc) saves when you save it to your favorites but once again, the first start up the next day, your favorites will have cleared and you'll have to re-save them again. 6. No sound from the engine while driving. It's so quiet, you'll be thinking you're driving an electric car unless you stomp on the gas pedal. Then there goes your gas mileage. 7. Exhaust sounds like a vacuum cleaner! When you start the truck for the first time for the day, stand behind the truck and start it using the key fob. You'll be thinking you turned on your vacuum cleaner instead of your truck. 8. No oil dipstick. You have to rely on a digital gauge on the instrument panel. 9. No L.E.D. lighting. You would think that an $80,000 truck (mine was $81,450 to be exact) it would have L.E.D. head and tail lights. Nope, regular bulbs. But I do have an L.E.D. rear backup light. 10. Two items listed on the window sticker as being part of a package aren't installed. EVERY 2025 Ram Rebel with the Level 2 Equipment Package is supposed to have animated front and rear lighting. This is lighting that lights sort of a sequential lighting that starts lighting from the top and goes down to the bottom everytime you open or lock your doors. It's supposed to have front and rear sequential turn signals when you turn on your turn signal also. Did I buy this truck because of this feature? No. But don't list it as having it on the window sticker as being part of the Rebel Level 2 Equipment Package if you aren't going to install it. These are my 10 dislike's about the truck, to someone else, they might not care about any of these but I do. Would these 10 things stop me from buying this truck again? No. I love this truck and would certainly buy it again.
I have a 21 rebel with all these upgrades plus I have the split tailgate, rambox, digital rearview mirror, and 33 gallon tank. I bought it used last year because I wanted a V8 and the new models aren’t offered and the tundra is also 6 cylinder only. I live in AZ and go north to the mountains and go out in the desert so I love my rebel with all the upgrades. My wife doesn’t prefer to drive because of the size as well but she does feel very safe.
Honestly the tundra and tacoma are good truck in my opinion and they are the only 6 cylinders i would let myself have, but I would buy a 2020 tundra either way the 5.7 V8 so idk
In 2019 I bought a Rebel. It was 46k out the door! 82k before taxes and markup😳! Hell no! At least mine had a V8! I traded it in 2 years later and got 43k for it😂! Mine was garbage. Steering wheel stitching and drivers seat stitching pulling out, squeeks and rattles galore, hemi tick so bad I would cringe on the cold starts, useless AC here in Florida, two raidos replaced from deamination and the nail in the coffin was the eloctronic throttle would stick and throw the truck into limp mode. Did that about 3 different time. Truck was in the shop more than I drove it. Traded it for a 4runner. Not one issue on the 4 runner. Not one!
I had to replay the part where Evie was talking about “whizz” and “bang.” I thought she was talking about “Ram” and “box” and realized that her comments would have worked just as well…
It’s also straining and working way harder at much higher rpms to achieve its max torque than the hemi which will wear the engine faster under frequent towing
I've always wanted a Ram, but the really inconsistent reliability reports always kept me away. Wish they could just fix that part. Until then, driving my own truck and side eyeing every Ram I see.
Sometimes I think people are more willing to spend 60-80k to get these types of vehicles than using 20-30k for a down payment on a house. When I lived in Dallas I saw neighborhoods with broken down houses and huge brand new shiny SUVs and trucks parked in front of them. They are obviously living paycheck to paycheck just to buy these things
Who else noticed. I feel like it’s an Easter egg. The 5’7 and 6’4 bed….no Hemi but you’ve still got the numbers. Hopefully I’m not wrong there. Did they officially discontinue the Hemi now? Is it the Pentastar and the inline 6 only? I don’t own trucks so I don’t keep up with every detail.
I’m not gonna lie, I was waiting on a family review of the TRX! Now that would be a thrilling family review indeed! Lol! But all in all, an excellent review indeed Muzio Family! Oh and on a side note, kiddo's role in the "Flying Eyes" promo was absolutely adorable!!!
Silverado will give you the traditional shifter that you want. It will also give you the tried and true old fashioned leaf springs, which ride stiff but are strong to do handle heavy loads. For Ram though, I think they need to bring back the 4th gen macho look, which had the appearance of a big rig as well as the v8
Awesome review, cool sarcastic family friendly dance. Having a roomy truck is nice but this is an example of how ridiculously large trucks have gotten. Tablet infotainment, huge flared exterior, probably won’t fit in a classic garage, bottom of the windows are at the same height of average sedan rooflines. These trucks will still need to park outside of the construction site (and waiting at Starbucks Drive thrus) while tacos, colorados, frontiers and the occasional ridgelines get the job done. High five!
As a owner of a 2019, 2021, and now a 2025 Ram 1500. Incan honestly say they are not worth the price. I paid 66k for a bighorn. I needed a truck that can tow a lot but i did not realize till i got home the damn thing did not come with passive entry…. AT 66k!!!🤯 a new honda civic for 26k comes with passive entry.
So crazy. We watched Kiddo go from child seat, booster seat to no seat at all. And giving full commentary. Yeah... We're getting old.
Wait until she's old enough to drive herself. Then we'll be ancient.😂
She still needs to be in California laws on carseats go up to age 10 I think she only 7

Inline 6, $81K? See ya!
Ram without a V8 is like going to McDonald's and they no selling their French fries... Wow.. Is this the end?
When I see children referencing classic Simpsons... I know the parenting is going well, and the world's future is going to be alright
👍
Wow, I can't believe the actually got rid of the Hemi

Every brand has lemons. Even toyota
First year model never buy a first year model.
Good call on the 4Runner.

Well observed! 😹
The grill and lights look cheaper than the previous generation and the new 6 cylinder seems to have WORSE mpg than the old hemi.
Only about $25k-30k too much. They will be some great decorations on dealer lots
Have started looking at a ram because of the good discounts available and you post a review, perfect timing!
Buying a car for 60k in this economy is something I won't understand.
As tested was 81k

Wow it’s more expensive than CT .. truly ice age is over
I would love to be able to get not-black interior options without getting a specialty trim.
82k HAHAHAHA, no thanks.
$81K for a 1500 truck. That’s why Stellantis will file for bankruptcy soon.
Yep
That’s their CEO’s idea. That way he can get a U.S. Government handout
And the other makers selling 1500s for 81k will be okay?
@@silvergeoff5682025 Chevy trailboss 52k 30k goes along way
I hope not…I need to get a small return on my investment in their stock. lol.
I know it's been out forever... but still hate that washing machine-style dial gear shifter.
It's just way too lady like. Give me a real shifter. 👈
I concur!!!! A big beautiful truck like that...but that rotary dial?? NO!!! Gimme a good tree or even a floor shifter! It just makes sense!

Your supported is hugely appreciated. Thank you!!
Number one vehicle for DUIs........ BIG RAM ENERGY 🐩
You can buy 3 Ford Maverick for this price
Hey love your videos, You guys should review the Lincoln Aviator 20-24, I’ve heard some great things.
We are FAMILY
Why not projector instead of reflector LEDS?

You need a stop sign test, does the new motor have the start/stop function or just idle?
@0:13 that vinyl looking material wrapped around the steering column looks like it might be hard to clean...
We want to see car reviews, not truck reviews
With the tow mirrors, did it come with turn signal cameras? I saw one video with them. If so, did it make the tow mirrors worth it?
81 k for pick up truck without a v8? Stellantis is dreaming big 😅
They will also go bankrupt
No dipstick on the SST. I’ll stick with my hemi
Power Wagon should be the next video!!
Is that the only way to be Registered, Licensed and insured REBEL?
“So much of what’s in my field of vision is bulky.”
Center screen is too damn big. Next. Price is way too much.
Bench seat all day everyday
Didn’t Nissan kill off the Titan?
I was almost sold until I heard inline 6
The rumbly V8 hemi is what made that truck
I guess they're charging by the pound.
80 grand !
No V8, no sale.
Excellent review of an overpriced truck!😸
As tested. 😂
I hope you not going to have a break Down now
Too much gimmicky ill just go with ford
