They literally just have to make a game like this, but with modern graphics, that's literally all they have to do but instead they just fuck everything up. To the point where gaming just feels like work now...
honestly, the issue with 3 is level design. the handling is fine but most of the arenas are rush jobs leading to players getting flipped over easily. but when the arenas are good the game beats out tm 1 and 2. Hangar 18/London is honestly better than a lot of the levels from the previous 2

This was my intro to metal. I didn’t realize it until just wandering into this are of TH-cam. And my family wonders why I’m so different. You shouldn’t have brought this game to the house 😂
My favorite Twisted Metal game is TM4 but Ost in TM3 very very nice, i think this game had one of the best soundtracks on PS1 (like in THPS2, or Road Rash Jailbreak ).

Best game in the franchise. Every other game if you hit the gas you go flying and are than unable to stop. In this game you could actually CONTROL the cars. Better than in 4 and Black even tho those games came later. IMO this is easily the best Twisted Metal to Play. Black does have the best Story tho, I’m not debating that. But 3’s controls are so much better than Black it’s almost scary. Don’t believe me? Go back and play them again like I did.
I remember putting the PS1 CD in an audio player just to listen to the soundtrack!!
