@@Ape-wh9qx even when we are not diabetic , we should still limit our food intake with those containing sugar. Doesn't mean if we are not diabetic , we don't have to be careful. That's what we call prevention.
@@Alpha-rn9tbmedicine is prohibiting diabetic to eat sweet fruits because of the sugar content.... But I never saw or heard a doctor will say to limit your fruit intake to a healthy person.... And I never heard a diabetic patient got his her diabetes from eating too much sweet fruits (correct me if there's already a Case like that)... But normally diabetes came from sweets, candies or desserts, too much Rice and salty food....

Give your mom some fresh fish, small cubes of any meat. some vegetables and fruits, Eat everything in moderation. Even those fruits have sugars so again in moderation. Not too much salt and not too much fried foods with vegetable oils. If there is olive oil its good ,, in salad with cruciferous vegetables and avocados.

Russia had few sunlight, frequent exposure to sunlight makes people in good mood and always happy, seeing Mommy Olga as happier than before is contagious. i am happy seeing foreigners so in love with our country and choose to live here for good. Filipinos are isolated because we were surrounded by seas and maybe the reason why we are like to see people of different culture and nationality and Filipinos are friendly and not as shy as other people
