true the fighting style evovled over time, I think the quicker movements is why each of their attacks seem to be weaker too, if you compare firebending in TLOK compared to ATLA you see the attacks in Korra produce much less fire than the longer attack movements firebenders did in ATLA. So I think that means the bigger the movements you do before bending the stronger the bending effect is, like when Bumi was trapped his earthbending with just his head was much weaker than his earthbending when he could use his full body, he could even move entire buildings and lift a massive iron statue of Ozai when he could use his whole body to bend
Eh I still prefer the old, sure this ones flashy but their attacks don’t feel or look as solid you know? Here everyone’s just seems to be throwing hands

2:56 it really is wild cause see if i get knocked down but then try and get back up in style but immediately get knocked again before finishing getting up thats a key indicator for me to leave. Im tapping out.
That Black Widow joke was diabolical 😂😂
That ending with Widow was devious😂
Nah we gotta have pt 2 bc we can’t have Korra looking like this 😭
This was an amazing analysis bro
Thank you for including the kawhi game winner audio
IS THIS THE DAGGER?
the last air bender was kung fu moves, legend of korra is straight up boxing
Facts
true the fighting style evovled over time, I think the quicker movements is why each of their attacks seem to be weaker too, if you compare firebending in TLOK compared to ATLA you see the attacks in Korra produce much less fire than the longer attack movements firebenders did in ATLA.
And the combat in the old show flowed way better, it actually looked like bending took strategy till the strongest guy the avatar started busting out everything.
Here everyone’s just seems to be throwing hands
@Dell-ol6hb let's not forget, thanks to the sport popular during their time, Korra, Bolin, and Mako bend this way intentionally. Because that's what they're used to. Though Korra seems to have always favored quick strikes.
@@tiacool7978she was used to traditional power attacks like when she isn't fighting a human. Everyone bends much faster now and the wind up is the weakness.
yooooo, that transition to the Sonic animation was ON POINT 🔥
Notice how in their first fight she didn’t use water bending, she was out of her…element 😂
🥁🥁
4:09 kuverra isn’t forcing a dodge she prepping a windup 😂
That black widow disrespect had me rolling 🤣
Had my girl was looking at me sideways. I showed her the clip, and she started laughing too 🤣
OML NOT THE 5 SECOND DEAD BLACK WIDOW FRAME 😭😭😭
Kuvira was so bad 😭
Hoping to see a whole series of Avatar content. This got me good.
"That shit has half of her head out the frame" had me dying lmao
6:11 do y'all remember the scuba diver who rotated a shark?
8:00 kuvira standing like Michael really cracked me up more than it should
10:20 why.. why would you do that🤣🤣
"Get yo ass up and start boxin. She is not that nice."
Avatar Roku
Im obsessed with Kuvira boxing style. She looks too badass bobbing up and down and dogding.
Lmao the black widow diss was fowl. Great video
LoK choreo is absolutely fire
fr
2:08 BODIES BODIES BODIES. 💀💀 that snowfall scene was cold asf
The black widow part was freaking gold had my jaw on the floor 😂 nice
Kyoshi fr told Korra "Revenge, Korra, that's really all we're going to get".
Amon, Zaheer, and Kuvira are the black air force's of Legend of Korra especially Amon👑
That Micheal Jackson pose at 8:03 had me dead 💀
she couldnt get help from the other avatars, she already lost her connection to them at this point in the show.
Nah brooooo dont do her dirty like that, you didnt roast her you straight up decomposed her🤣🤣🤣🤣
We already had Aang needing to get hard-carried by his past lives during the fight with Ozai. They can only pull that so often.
That said, the connection doesn't contribute much beyond personal knowledge and insights. Everthing else can be regained easily enough.
@@SimplymeSVEN18 In the original series, the bending power actually came though the connections with the past lives. They changed that in Korra.
@@seg162 It didn't? If you're refering to Roku during the solstice, he didn't actually say that was the case. So no, they didn't change it in LoK. They simply added onto it as it was kept intentionally vague in AtlA.
@@SimplymeSVEN18 Roku explicitly describes to Aang in S2E1 that the power of the Avatar State is an accumulation and synergy of the experience of all previous Avatars, with no reference to Raava or Vaatu. Nothing was kept vague.
Roku didn't talk about the Avatar State during the winter solstice-- he talked about how he needed to defeat Ozai before the arrival of Sozin's comet at the end of summer.
Kuvira weaving like Mayweather😂…. nah, that’s GG right there.💀💀
“Oh nah I thought this was one’s?? JUMP HER!”🤣🤣🤣ngga got me dead
3:01 That looks painful
Korra the fraudvatar. Ik Aang was rolling around in his grave watching Korra fail over and over
To be fair aang got hoed several times and nearly died thinking he would have a free chance to power up like it's dbz. Even as an adult he had to bust out avatar state just so he wouldn't die to amon.
bruh korra was at her worse in her first fight, prime korra stomps prime aang
@@raphaelm7221huh? Aang while not even at his prime was displaying low mountain level feats korra ain’t even city level
@@raphaelm7221 absolutely not, I agree this was Korra near her lowest and she obviously would've destroyed Kuvira at her peak just like she did later on in S4 when she wasn't even back to full capability yet, but nah I think prime Aang is above Korra just from feats alone.
@@raphaelm7221this is factually incorrect, Korea was at her worst here but peak aang considering what we’re seeing from just 12 year old him in a summer would dog korra
The editing and transitions on this one are hella clean, like the transition into the Sonic roll 😂 Glad to see you covered this one.
Korra defenders can be as mad as they like. Kuvira gets the Sauce Award because you can't SEE air attacks. That's strictly for viewing pleasure confirmed in ATLA behind the scenes. So 100% or not, Kuvira was weaving attacks she couldnt see up close to mix up Korra and is not an airbender nor has she fought one personally. They left her out of the fight with Zaheer. Put some respect on Kuvira. She offered the ones and Korra said "I got it tho" she won at the end because that plot armor, and that "friendship is magic" from the group she ran through kicked in. 💀🙏🏽💯
That Black Widow joke was cold and uncalled for...but I'm here for it. :}
Nahhh really tho, Korra’s lineup of villains was top tier tho.
Code always puts me in a good mood 😂❤
Kuvira learned from the school of Vegeta for sure. "I can take you in avatar state" is "I can take your final perfect form" that's 1:1
Benders were built like cartoon characters. It amazes me that Korra's back didn't break everytime Kuvira slammed her.
Kuvira is a master of a secret bending, its called WEAVEBENDING.
I need to see some commentary on Baki fights. These are great 😂
One of your best ones yet no doubt
5:23 me fighting hard to get shit out my ass rn💀
😂the black widow joke was wild
"I thought you were bad, you ain't bad, you ain't nothing " sums up the character called "Korra"
9:42 during BHM, though?!
Oh YUH, a new Goatnamedsuper video has blessed our eyes
1:18 the connection got broken she can’t connect with Aang or the past avatars because they killed raver the light spirit but when the got raver back she still lost the ability to
Kuvira out there moving like Spike Speigel
Codenamesuper is crazy for the black widow part💀
3:59 the dj is crazy
The editing and writing is forever on point. Kept it pushin Super
10:22 bro 💀
"I'm injured" straight Lebron every time he loses! 🤣🤣🤣
That ending with Kawhi's shot in the background was hard af
