It would be so great if the whole world listened to Peter Crone. We’d have a world of love and peace.

Learning to find profound acceptance for the life we have. Let’s not confuse that with settling. True success is being at peace. This guy is badass. Plus with that smile, Peter can walk into any room and everyone automatically chills the f**k out

Affirmations are useful when people are aware of their inherent value. Aware of the truth.
They are the tools of installing the the new pathways in the brain .
    Awareness and practice.

There are many "bad" habits from a physical point of view, but for me the most repetitive bad habit of the mind in people's relationships is :
    Reactivity...
People are quick to react in opposition of another person perception of reality, without respecting the others feelings.
They do it automatically, because in response to the accusations they hear they themselves feel ( Blame, judgement, injustice, unfairness) and they immediately try to disprove and to make the opponent WRONG in order to make themselves calm and comfortable again. Even worse if there are side witnesses of this verbal conflict the accused feel that he or she is loosing Reputation if they don't immediately start to defend their point of view.
Instead of acknowledge the opponent point of view and saying:
Yes I understand you, in this current situation regarding my actions YOU feel ( disregarded, not appreciated, worried or scared) and I want you to tell me MORE ,where is the root of your discomfort, because I take responsibility and I'm promising you that I am taking notes and doing corrective measures, but I feel that I'm not the only one disturbing you....

If I had a dollar for every time I've heard 'that's a great question', I could retire tomorrow.

But the presenter is actually asking great questions

If you search for the right answer you will never find it, if you search(quest) for the right question, might find the right answer. 😂

I don't doubt it, but does he need to be repeatedly told that by the interviewed? Now THAT'S a great question.
