Thanks Rob. I have worked for the largest carpet cleaning company(you know who!) for the the past 4 and a half years and am more than comfortable to be working for myself starting mid this year. What are your top recommendations on how you handle redo/ call backs on cleanings? Half the time it seems like they just want a brand new cleaning for free. . .This is something that I have different feelings on for different scenarios.
