    The "People who are constantly getting mouth ulcers" thread ☹️ starts here: 👇
    I get about 4-6 a month. With usually 2-3 all at once, wbu?

      I get mouth ulcers about once or twice a month. Sometimes months pass without getting ulcers. Sometimes i get multiple through months.
      They take around 1 - 2 weeks to go away. I take B-Folcin (Vit B2 and B9) tablets for it. Also use gel to apply over it to help.
      Doctor told me that it maybe due to spicy foods. My family likes spicy food and so they make it spicy. I eat bananas for it cuz bananas tend to have cool temperature and it does help me. Whenever i stop eating bananas i tend to get ulcers more often.
      I also have hyperhidrosis which means i sweat a lot. I feel like i also have higher body temperature than others.
      My parents believe it's due to stress (idk if I'm stressed tbh) or something called "Heat of belly" (like heat coming out of gastrointestinal tract which may lead to heating of mouth and causing ulcers) or maybe due to vitamin B deficiency

      I had constant mouth ulcers, up to 5 at the same time, lasting up to four months, for at least 40 years. I went through many ENT's, biopsies, was checked for blood titers, and had steroids shot directly into them making no difference at all. They were large, lasted anywhere from one month, up to four months, some would crack and bleed. I never ever had a break from them. They were named Major Recurrent Aphthous Stomatitis, or Sutton's II Disease. I was given Lidocaine 2% so I could eat with less pain and a very strong pain medication so that I could work. I also had ptsd, the stress made them worse and caused severe depression. What I learned that finally healed them; decades too late; was a change in diet. I found a youtube channel late one night that talked about how the body can heal when it gets all the nutrients it needs and it explained how the 'food' I was living on was preventing the healing and causing more damage. The very next day I began Healthy Keto & Interment Fasting. It heals the body, losing weight is a side effect. My Rheumatologist puts all of her patients who have seizures on the same diet, she also eats the same way. She did a Antinuclear blood test and found that my Centromeres antibodies were almost 300. I learned that Sutton's II is an Autoimmune Dis-ease. Within a few weeks of Keto/IF my depression had lived a lot. By only 5 months I felt like a new person, no more ulcers, lots of energy, I dropped 45 lbs, the bumps on the back of my arms and legs were gone, even my eye floaters were went away. The body regenerates organs, glands and tissue at a different rate so it's important to stick to it. Now I can't imagine eating any other way. I can taste toxins in store bought food, especially cookies or cake. I learned from Dr. Eric Berg. I've learned we can heal most illnesses by this alone. I hope this will help you, I wish I'd known much earlier in my life. Blessings.

      My wisdom teeth and molars rub causing 5-6 on each side of my tongue regularly. I have to brush at least 5 times a day to ensure they don’t but even then it doesn’t really stop it. I also bite my tongue while sleeping and that causes them for me as well. The only thing that has helped was regular Dental deep cleanings and periodontal visits. I’ll never save enough money to be happy as a result. I have thousands in dental bills and no insurance.

    What could cause tongue ulcers (besides cancer)?

  • @AORD72

    I had reoccurring mouth ulcers for 20 years now have NONE. I was deficient in B12 or B vitamins or folate or Iron or zinc, or all. Also now have zero sugar as it may interfere with absorption of vitamins, and help ulcers form. I eat Marmite 1 or 2 times a week, which has all the needed vitamins. B12 deficiency is a big cause.

      Hi I'm facing mouth ulcers for years . I tested CBC it's ok. Also I had deficiency in B12 vitamin 301pg/ml but it's ok now. But still I am facing mouth ulcers. What do I do ? Plz advise do I take multivitamins or folate or zinc ?

      @AORD72 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Shehzad1199 Take them all, with in the suppliers guidelines. See what works. Take them for a few months, I might take a while for them to build back up. I would take B12 or B vitamins or folate or Iron or zinc. See a doctor and ask them.

    Pathetic video. There are many more types of ulcers and etiologies and some of the info in the video is very limited and for lay persons. If you are health care provider - you are likely to miss the dianosis
