I have the K6 for about a month now. The first couple of weeks, I used it stock with Gateron Browns. I've since swapped it out for Glorious Pandas, lubed those switches as well as the stabs, added some foam and have also swapped out the stock ABS keycaps for the PBT. I was already liking it stock, and am liking it even more now. Have also yet to even charge it for almost a month now, and I've been using it daily averaging around 6 hours of use each day. Before I purchased this, I was also looking at the Epomaker GX68XS, the Akko 3068 and the Anne Pro II. Glad I got this over the others, that 4,000mAh battery is a huge advantage.
Outstanding production quality. Clicked on the video and assumed you had a much larger following than you actually do, your videos look extremely well made. Kudos!

I got this keeb for my birthday a few days ago and it's treating me very well for my first mechanical keyboard. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants an affordable, portable keyboard that doesn't sacrifice its quality for the price. Amazing video as well!

Stumbled upon this video because of your review on the official Keychron website. Glad that I clicked! It is very enjoyable to watch. I would bet anyone who haven't seen a mechanical keyboard review would not be bored. Subscribed :)
@@hugoolofsgard415 i have the 96% version (k4) and the only big problem for me is the keycaps is thin abs with lasered lettering so it will shine and fade overtime. I heard some people have a squeaky sound on their spacebar, but i'm not experiencing it. Apart from that, they keyboard feels great. I have no issues connecting to multiple devices, changing from windows to mac, and haven't notice a huge delay on bluetooth. From my experience the keyboard last around 4 weeks without rgb and 2 weeks with rgb. Overall it's a very great keyboard for it's price and i recommend buying the aluminium version since it feels more premium and more rigid. If you want you can buy a wrist rest since for me it's more comfortable with it (also keychron had a wooden wrist rest which from what i heard had very great quality)
Bro such an amazing review. Your video quality, audio, editing , narratives top notch . Keep it up bro 🤘🏻 it hurts to see less subscribers though 🤦🏻♂️
I got the backlit one because I’m not much of an rgb guy but as my first keyboard, I love it and I definitely recommend it for anyone who wants a thicc boy, satisfying clicks, and monochrome aesthetic keyboard.
Hey, I really enjoyed your video. I just got one of these little keyboards to use in my recording booth. I need something really compact and this one fits the bill, plus it's really cool! Very nice job. Thank you!
Guys If you plan on purchasing the k6 buy it from their website it took around a week to come for me but it’s cheaper then Amazon and you can customize it to your liking
2:55 here we go, just WOOOOOOW. That is a beautiful cinematography. You got my subscription! And the edit to the beat, awesome! Is it easy to find the arrow keys when not looking down? I don't know if I should search for a keyboard with the keys slightly moved to right like on Ducky Miya pro.
Thank you so much for the kind words, really made my day!! Regarding the keys, I find it very convenient and easy to use! Wouldn’t want it any other way...
The keycaps are thin ABS. Like, really thin. Not to mention that the Gateron Browns may be very susceptible to spring 'ping'. I prefer them over Cherry Browns, tho. I've lubed my switches, and using them with an ePBT Dolch set at the moment and the experience is far better compared to stock. An easy modification that may dampen the reverb of bottoming out a little bit is to put some foam in the case. It's a nice board to get into the whole mech keyboard scene, and given that it's hot-swappable it's a lot easier to find a switch that you really like or tinker with them.
The biggest issue with this keyboard is its missing the Delete key, normal 68s layouts have one in the upper right hand corner where this one uses a Home key instead. You have to use a Function key assignment to use Delete, that's a deal breaker for most.
That "Strange" windows key is to also accomodate LInux user. Pressing the windows key in Gnome(The most common Linux desktop envrionment AKA GUI) launches the Overview.

They really should have a PBT option for a higher price. I think many would pay the extra since the feeling and look of PBT is night and day compared to ABS.

Which camera do you use for these vids bcz the kit link that you have given is not working BTW you deserve more subs , nice work man .. Love from India ❤️
I have had this for about a year....the mac version....The issues I have is that the profile of the keyboard is so high that you NEED a wrist rest or you need to not place you wrists on the table to type. Also, there is NO indication that Caps lock is on. Battery is ok, not great, but decent enough. Does work well with Apple though, native keys work perfectly.
Wait, the there is only one version right?! Yes, the keyboard is quite high. It hasn't bothered me with the use of a wrist rest. Also, it does have an indication of caps lock. When caps lock is on, the caps lock key turn bright static red. I agree with the functionality on Mac. It does also work great with Windows!
The stock keycaps have nice backlighting but the abs material is piss poor. Highly recommend switching to PBT keycaps. Just don't get cherry profile for this board because there will be intereference with switches.
This is great content and reviews,if you're heavy gamer. What switches do u go for? I'm stuck between these 2. I like red for gaming but i cant resist on those brown switches sound
Nice video! I am kind of newish to the mechanical keyboard world. I was thinking of getting also a keyboard from keychron. I liked most if it, e.g. the key distribution, switches, the design... however, my biggest concern was the height of it, and the need of an extra table to laydown the wrist. I did not want to have extra things on my desktop, for me... the less the better. For that only reason, I bought the slim one from RK ... and i love it.
A split spacebar version and a front left usb c instead of side would make this keyboard perfect for me. Tiks almost all boxes bt 5.1 aluminum body hot swapable no white in-between the keys while retaining rgb. The keycaps are alright but wish they were all pbt tho.
@@felixkruip less weight because smaller button and you can remap the other one for backspace so it keeps your hands on the home row more. I just bought this keyboard and I was debating this over the epomaker gk68 aluminum but the price and the backspace placement on that plus the cheap white top cover with bronze accents beneath the keys is a no go for me at least but the split spacebar feature is so good, it makes me think twice lol
