That would be an incredible house. All the fruit trees and land would make for a good homestead or farm or ranch for income. Super peaceful. I for one, would consider it, but I really like Guanajuato more. Great video! Can't wait to see more!

Yes You did an excellent job,,,seriously you killed it,,, my wife and I have a 44 acre ranch in the high desert of northeastern off the grid,,, views for miles,,, that ranch is beautiful and very affordable,,, do they have car rentals,,, 30 minutes from town not bad at all as we are 45 minutes from town,,, is there a washer machine for the casita,,, does Amazon deliver there,,, anyway you outdid yourself today,,, beautiful job,,, thank you for taking the time our of your day for us,,, God bless you Both and your Families.... peace...

I’m absolutely in love with this house and I’m only halfway through the video. I’ve been looking to buy a small farm in Northern California but not finding the one. So i decided to spend time in Mexico. My grandparents are from Mexico and our long family history spans from Mexico to the founding of the California missions and ranchos. Seeing this is giving me the “ganas” to find something like this. I could turn this place into an oasis! I’m retired and have a decent pension so I’m excited about this possibility

Yes, the center of town is amazing! This is just 30 min out of town, and in the middle of the two cities (Guanajuato and SMA). I'm torn too. lol
