- This might be the perfect Guanajuato home with breathtaking city views, AND it can be a great investment property too! This home comes with not one, but two separate apartments that are equally as beautiful.
In this video, I take you on an in-depth tour of this beautiful property located in the smack dab center of Guanajuato City. This is really such a treat, and I hope you enjoy this video because homes like this, in the center of town, move in ready, don't appear often!

Btw...I'm loving your channel and perspective. I can't wait to visit esta ciudad de callejones, cultura y más.
Thank you 🙏🏽
Love it..your videos are incredible!!❤😂
Thank you! The feedback is much appreciated!
😍 Wish there was a way to make these home more accessible 😢
There ARE more accessible homes. I'll tour them for you so you can see. I just need to find more days in the week. lol.
Amazing! We lived in Guanajuato in 2014 and loved it. We were right under the Pipila monument - there was a mural on the outside of the wall of our house, and the door to our place was depicted as the Alhondiga door which Pipila set fire to. Such an incredible city. Really loved living there.
Oh nice! I know exactly where that is! Hopefully you find your way back to us soon.
This is beautiful. We wouldn’t need this much space but appreciate that it has no space for a car. We don’t plan on owning a car ever again!
Gto is the perfect city to NOT have a car:)))
The apartment was fabulous. This would be great if I was in my 30s but all those steps! I got tired looking at them!!
I can totally relate. I mean, I was huffing and puffing just giving a tour! lol. BUT...I'd totally live there if I could. It's just stunning.
My blood pressure was high by the time he got to the entrance 😅
Exactly l know l couldn’t do it. It is to late in life for me😊
I love that home it’s gorgeous like you say. Definitely for somebody in their 20s or early 30s beautiful simply beautiful.
Oh i forgot; You guys have a great Christmas with your friends !
🎄🎁🇲🇽🌮
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
The view is absolutely amazing. I loved the guest house. Can’t wait to see more homes!!
The place is super stunning! The camera doesn't do it justice.
I love you for the way you express yourself about Mexico. You get it ♥️🇲🇽.
Thank you so much! The love is real, and it's super easy to talk about Mexico and its people in such a positive light.
I shamelessly took a picture of 16:05 and will frame it! Thank you very much!!!!!!!❤😂😂
Woohoo! Put it on the vision board. Time to manifest this place. If I can't have it, I hope one of you CAN...and then invite me over for sunset drinks!
@ Boi!! You know I will! I already was telling my 26 year old “we are so hanging out with this guy” 😂🤪🤭
WOW! Amazing place!
❤️❤️🇲🇽🙌🏼
That is a great location - end, stop. But on top of that what a great place to rent for the annual Cervantes Festival too!
Oh yes. It would be a PERFECT location.
The property is amazing! My question is if you live there and had a car where would you park?
There's a parking lot at the bottom of the hill. Perhaps a monthly pass with the garage.
Do you have any idea what those apartments would likely rent for? What about the main house if rented? If it was me, I would live in the rear apartment.
While I don't think it's open for renting, something like the guest house "apartment" that I showed would probably rent in the 9-13k (Mxn) per mo range.
Just saw your video, was just in town looking at property and did not see this property, still available?
I'm not sure if it's still available. But if you go to this link below, I can forward your questions, etc to the realtor who's in charge of it. Maybe she can even show it to you: www.escapetoelcorazon.com/inquire-about-a-property
Hi Lito. It's a beautiful house and apartment. At present, I can handle those stairs but ~20 yrs from now, who knows?! 😂 It would also be tough if you're going out and you forgot something in the house, and you're already at the bottom of the steps. Maybe most times, you'll just say F it, instead of returning for whatever object! 😅😅 Thnx for showing the property. Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones! 🎄🎅🎁🎉👍
That's a great point! AND a reason why homes come up for sale a lot. People buy them not thinking about what their abilities will be 20 years ahead.
Thank you for supporting my little channel! I appreciate you. And Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones as well.
Superb find!! Ive forwarded this to a friend who is house hunting in the area 🙏🏽
Amazing!
Fantastic! I hope this home goes to someone who will totally appreciate it and love it.
I’m really considering ❤I need some help finding a home
I hope these videos help! Also, you can check the link in the description of the video and share what you're looking for. Let's see what we can find for you!
"Who would thrive in a place like this?" Umm...ME!!!
Yessss!!!
I wonder if the steps would get slippery in rainy season? I am older so the steps could be an issue, but the view is so inspiring!!! I love the way you share the life in Guanajuato with us viewers. It is a million dollar view!
I take it no car would be possible in that location (and maybe not needed).
The steps are coarse so if you have good shoes, you should be ok. Also, the rain doesn't usually last that long when it happens. And when it does...it's SO NICE to stay home and watch lightning through those huge windows.
@@MySoCalledMidLifeCrisis --You have a positive attitude. It is contagious.
Thank you for showing this property. It is just absolutely incredible in its design and architecture. The color and vibrant feel of it is just awesome. I personally would live there in the upper apartment forever. How are there are homes and apartments closer to the Centro of about the same size (I could handle the hills and stairs of this home, but my Mom could not), and what is the cost difference between the homes above vs the homes down below? The "sounds of life" would not be a problem.
Thank you. I actually love the upper "apartment" more than the main house. The homes nearer the actual "center" are OLD, and cannot be modified much. However, still beautiful. The upper hills are comfy and one can always take a taxi down and back up if needed, for roughly $3 USD each way.
@ We love Uber but the only thing is my Mom can’t go up and down all the stairs unfortunately.
@@peacefulcanvasvibes Understood. There are homes near the center or very close neighborhoods with single floors. With a little patience and research...where there's a will, there's a way:-)))
Happy holidays!
@@MySoCalledMidLifeCrisis Happy Holidays! Looking forward to the next video ✌
Wow. What a house! I’d live to rent that 1bdrm apt below !
It's gorgeous, isn't it? The view is...😳
I'm sure I am not alone in thinking--could you help people find homes for a fee? That way, when we fly over, there are viable properties to seriously consider.
How did the owners get the furniture to that unit? Is it carried up those narrow steps or is there a higher point with a road from which things can be rope-dropped down? Many of us want some of our own furniture. This place is absolutely magical!!!!
I second this idea!
This is a great idea.
I can absolutely help with that. When you're ready, you can fill in this form and let me know what you're specifically looking for: www.escapetoelcorazon.com/inquire-about-a-property
Re: furniture...Workers carry everything up on their backs. Makes one truly appreciate every piece of furniture:-)))
Awesome! See my reply in this thread:-)))
@@MySoCalledMidLifeCrisis --Any chance of importing a camel?
Wish they could sell me just that "guest house" for $200k.... I can't afford the whole enchilada. But it is a stunner!
I'd LOVE that guest house too! It's such a beautiful home
@@MySoCalledMidLifeCrisis --Truly, it is. And you are a magnetic salesman!
