    I prefer light cardio on rest day, but depends of your opinion ! Stay strong bro

    I dont hv first 2 equipment because on rest days im resting at home this is not a realistic routine for the audience

      Maybe replace the first two exercises to burpees or just run. For me it's perfect too :)
