Nice work, I am yet to have the joy of a lithium set-up but still good to know for the future or to help others. 1 tip for your set-up would be to have a main isolate for input and output to make the wake up process a bit easier. Cheers 🍻

      Hey Luke,
Thanks for the suggestion mate, I currently have a main circuit breaker mounted behind the false wall, probably would’ve been smart to mount it to the front 😂

Thanks Mate I was wondering how you did it. it’s interesting. My 120x went into sleep mode sometime ago. Not really knowing what I was doing I just disconnected the positive from the battery reconnected it and away she went. Not sure how and this has happen twice

No worries Neil, not sure how that happened but I’m glad it came good for you both times 👍🏽

      No dramas at all.
It does get warm but no where near enough to cause any issues.

    Technical question
So will it work for a 48 volt 30 amp battery if i use a 48 battery for a trigger ?

Hey Gary, in short, yes your battery could use a 48V trigger from another battery, then can continue a proper charge from a 48V battery charger

    Absolute nonsense disconnecting everything!

I agree........ Just jumpstart from starter battery...... Period. The bms just needs a constant voltage above 12 volts +/-.....,then once bms is active again, you're done.😎
