if you put the Ecoline in waterbrushes, you can take them with you too ;-) I've been using Ecoline since kindergarten as I am in The Netherlands and it's a Dutch Company, but since 20 years I use it "properly"haha, you'll have lots of fun...BTW in thr Ntherlands they flasks are "only"2 euro about 2.50 dollars, might be worth the shipping ;-) i buy them here, don;t knwo if they ship abroad www.total-artist.com/contents/nl/d72.html
Ali, do you usually write and then use watercolor or the other way around. I'm finding that I'm having to switch to a medium nib (from a fine) to be able to write with either Lexington Gray or Noodler's Black smoothly. Maybe I'm doing something sideways.
I typically write in my journal after I have already laid down my watercolor. I have found that the chalkier watercolors can sometimes clog up my nib. But I don't have any problems when I use my Daniel Smith watercolors. Hope that helps!!! Thanks for watching!! :)
I haven't tried it, but I would assume the same as the other watercolors. Tomoe River Paper is just the bomb. Period. ;) I'll write down a note to try to do a quick experiment of that in my next video. :)

Ali Brown thanks! I have that set! I also went out today and bought 6 or 7 Daniel smith watercolor tubes today, taking into consideration the colors you said you love. Gosh they are all so gorgeous, I want so many of them!
You can purchase packs of Duralar (that's an acetate brand) at Michaels or you can go to Staples or Office Depot/Max and buy a report cover sheet. Usually that is acetate. ☺️
