Rick Guertin Hey buddy, this is really designed for rifle work, hence rifle sight hold over. But I’m sure you could do this with a pistol as well for some good target transition work. No real body positional changes I can think of.

Just an observation and not a critique: Deliberately missing the bad guy seems like an undesirable training technique.
