@bsg1206 Its an engine jettison, when in combat if an engine was stricken with a projectile you could get rid of the effected engine for reduced weight. (Its actually a hand pump for pressurizing the hydraulic system)

Iit is used for hitting enemies in the head if they come too close to the aircraft.
