Dead by Daylight is a survival horror asymmetric multiplayer online game developed by Behaviour Interactive. It is a one-versus-four game in which one player takes on the role of a savage killer and the other four play as survivors; the killer must catch each survivor and sacrifice them to a malevolent force known as the Entity by impaling them on hooks, while the survivors must avoid being caught and fix five generators to open the exit gates. The game was first released for Microsoft Windows in June 2016, followed by additional ports for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in June 2017, Nintendo Switch in September 2019, iOS and Android in April 2020, Stadia in October 2020, and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in November 2020.
The game is published by Canadian studio Behaviour Interactive, who acquired the publishing rights from Swedish studio Starbreeze Studios in January 2018. Alongside original characters, the game also includes characters from various franchises such as Halloween, Left 4 Dead, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Saw, Evil Dead, Ghost Face, Stranger Things, Silent Hill, Crypt TV, Resident Evil, Hellraiser, and Ringu. No0b3 isn’t lazy. He stopped playing because the game + the TH-cam issues were affecting his mental health. He had a lot of stuff going on in his personal life. Calling him lazy for focusing on himself is fucked up.

@@icecoldos he said all of the changes in dbd has made the game unfun since it's basically a different game then when he started. He didn't go into detail but he also said things were going on in his personal life messing with his mental health. Many of his videos were being taken down (including his most popular videos) making him lose revenue which further pushed him from making videos and further messed with his mental health.
Does he know he was focusing on himself ? Sky isn’t just gonna know every detail about everything he looks and watches and observes and if he doesn’t upload he can say lazy if he doesn’t know the whole story and at first glance it does look like he’s lazy but when looked deeper it’s better to understand and easier
@@marco_joestarr I don’t think he should be calling someone lazy with no idea why he might be. There are so many creators that have valid reasons for not uploading and if you’re gonna say something about them at least do the bare minimum amount of research. No0b3 has a whole video going over why he’s not uploading and there are many people who have simplified everything he said. If anyone’s lazy it’s monto. Dude just shows up out of no where asks for a shit ton of money then dips as soon as it’s too late for people to get refunds.
Spooky is hands down my fav content creator for DBD. Dude is just so insanely entertaining. Heck of a nice guy too! Gives back to his community! :D

I know they’re not on here but, I’d put Pixel Bush up in S tier just for being one of if not the very few DBD content creators focusing on the game’s lore and characters. He’s unique in that regards along with being a Twins main.

Yeah, I thought this was odd too he didn't make it to the list. The only issue I have with Pixel Bush is, that his audio quality is horrendous. In my opinion for someone where the voice is the main selling point, you need top-notch audio quality.
Pixel lied to 1000s of people about Samination and got them kicked from the Fog Whisperers. Maybe know something about those you idolize. He's a piece of shet. lol

Tatariu is actually a really chill Dude and a great example of a Legion Player.
He tries out many Builds and doesn't play Toxic at all.
If more Legion Players would watch him we wouldn't get a full Slowdown Legion with Thana every time we play against a Legion.
I’m a huge Tatariu fan so I feel like you kinda have to be involved within the community to really get the content. He’s also been branching out and trying out a whole bunch of different killers and builds recently, especially with all of the new content that’s been coming out. He tries to do some more informational type stuff too, but ig he is kind of a stream clips type channel so he might not be everyone’s cup of tea

Probzz has gotten super toxic nowadays anyway. he went from nice while streaming 16 hours a day to like 12 hours a day and complains about the killer, their powers, the survivors for not being perfect, etc.

Dude really just disrespected Puppers. Just putting him in S to “show respect” and putting him bottom S “because he doesn’t upload”. If you’ve only been playing since 2021, I get you probably didn’t get to see much before his ALS diagnosis, but the dude was funny, great at the game, wholesome and just a genuinely great guy to watch. Easily next to otz in being loved by the community. Of course he doesn’t upload. How are you going to use that as an excuse to put him bottom of the tier? Sorry, but he’s the reason I started playing DBD in the first place and to see that said about him feels genuinely disrespectful. He even kept streaming when he was unable to play himself!

Played against CMWinter once a year or 2 ago, I was in the basement and clicked him once to do a 360 because they’re hard on Xbox. Proceeded to tbag me once he downed me and when I asked why he did it he banned me and said I was crying for the next 15 minutes. I think Rowby and Pixel Bush deserve honorable mentions, I know there are a lot of content creators so they're easy to miss but those two fill some niches in the dbd scene and are fun to watch. In my opinion obviously.
Pixel Brush is a liar and manipulator that got Samination kicked from the Fog Whisperers over lies and edited screenshots. They ensured we will NEVER see a DBD animation from Samination again as they quit DBD fully after that betrayal.

King Wolf i feel needs to be higher because hes genuinely an amazing person and hosts his own DBD tournaments which is really cool. Not many content creators or streamers do that for the game

I mean, he's cool and such but it became really stale for me after some time. Also "making X salty" titles are pretty cringe, especially when it's almost every video.
I remember hopping into his stream last November and he genuinely gave some really good life advice which stuck with me

I had been following them on twitch for a while and the FIRST TIME I ever asked a question he immediately entered sub mode, there were no wild comments happening or anything, and chat had been open to followers for the entirety of me lurking. Really glad to see One Stalky Boi made the tier list. He is one of my favorite content creators. I really enjoy his movie character builds.

Reds Gaming Gears is super underrated.. He's the go to guy when you wanna learn how to play killer with gameplay to back it up... Each of his videos is like a classroom.. he interpret and execut plays so well.. Always letting you know what to do or not do in specific scenarios in almost all his games...
Second this. Red seems like a super chill guy with a lot of quality videos showcasing some fun killer builds. I’ve learned a lot about the game from watching his vids. A couple of weeks ago I commented a request for a killer build on his channel and he posted the video for it the very next day. 10/10 would subscribe again.
I like Red's videos, I just have to make sure I click away before his end screen comes on because that song is so incredibly cringe.

Demi is my personal favorite creator, he's funny and he taught me in a digestible way that was slapping every map into your cranium at once, just by watching his videos I learned that some pallets weren't guaranteed and how to loop effectively
Benjo is my favorite because he’s know. For his backpack build with blood warden. He’s known for catching survivors being toxic at the gates and he just memes around.
Yeah, Benjo is great, really funny AND really skillful.

- The only thing about Dead Plays is he talks about "toxic, bully squads" almost every youtube match when a lot of them are doing basic teamwork strats.
- I would argue that Crush should be in B tier, he is one of my favorite survivor dbd content, as him and Bandito are a great duo similar to Ayrun & JRM.
- Scott Jund is weirdly unique and generic with his content on youtube as sitting in front of the camera to host a discussion for the audience works for his channel.
- For Spookyloopz vs Demi in S tier, I like Demi, but he repeats his jokes so much compared to Spooky who feels fresh with each video. Demi is great for short bursts "I'm under the water" ~ accent & glaucoma being repeated 3 times in his vids at the minimum.
- Coconut is the killer irl with his way of trying to break the game builds.
- Justice for Rapid as he is S tier!

Good tier list, but i have to disagree on noob3. I just think that calling him lazy isn't a solid reason to put him lower. There might be other reasons for why he isn't uploading that are personal. Tho good tier list overall

I think Crush deserves to be A, Him and Bandito's commentary (On Crush2 Channel) are always funny and he uploads constantly. Idk why but he gives me Noob3 vibes a lot in his videos with the way he plays, which is a plus.

They also respect when the killers makes a good play, you can tell they aren't facing "Baby killers." Also looping should DEFINITELLY be encouraged, it's what helps out people in the team, especially for solo q.

Zet0r being only in high B-tier is such a shock to me!! I’m a huge fan of his content, and honestly I’d list all the reasons you listed for SpookyLoopz as why I’d say Zet’s an easy S-tier for me. He and his friends bounce off one another super well and their banter is hilarious, he streams fairly consistently, and he spends SO much time editing his content and adding tracked, colored subtitles to his videos that have really funny effects too (zooming in or trailing off the screen for screams, spinning off the screen, hitting other words for emphasis, etc.). His nonchalant, chill demeanor makes his stuff super easy to watch too. Happy he’s still pretty high on the tierlist, but he’s definitely even higher in my personal opinion! ✨

I remember around 2017 being a Moderator in his server when he was super funny and all, had fun with him with Adv4u and etc but then..
Around december and beginning 2018 when Tru3ta1ent posted a Video about "Ochido juked me.. for 5 secs!" one of the mods and myself were removed and banned.. which i didnt really do anything at all. I got mad of course but that moved past by.
And the issue with him and a special role called "Gamer girls" or whatever he was going for.. for talking over 75 girls in his own server got me weirded out.
I was 14-15 years old in that time. Yeah, 14-15 year old as a mod. He asked me sometimes for Thumbnail makings and such and i was chill.
Im not sure anymore what crap hes doing and such but then again, crap person to be friends ever with.

Feel really bad for Tru3. The dude is right about almost everything he says, and he has the talent, game experience and knowledge to back it up. But because of his personality he has been hardcore targeted by the absolute worst sides of the community and he just doesn't have the ability to drone them out or ignore them. He's hellbent on having a conversation, no matter how many times it becomes readily apparent that the majority people who are goading him are doing so in bad faith. It doesn't help that he plays at such a monumentally high level that he becomes privy to severe game design problems that don't really impact the overwhelming majority of the playerbase because only survivors working together at the top end know how to efficiently exploit them to that degree, and since most people don't experience them, they become convinced they don't exist.
And it all has made him so UTTERLY jaded towards the game and the community and it really shows. As you said, it can seem like he's just always complaining, but it really, honestly is just DBD for him. Whenever he branches out into other games its like he turns into a completely different person. Deceive Inc, the new Street Fighter, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, he plays them and you can tell he's having an absolute fucking blast. And then, he goes back to DBD, because he's been there since day 1 and has even described the game as being akin to his child that he just wants to see succeed. And then the grief returns.
Dude really needs to just walk away from DBD for his own sake. Hell, a lot of people need to, but he's the pinnacle example of what happens when you just, don't. Obviously I still watch him, and he's the main reason I haven't played DBD in like three months now.
Because when I realized I wasn't having fun anymore, I decided I don't want to end up like Tru3.
Is this comment bait? Tru3s issue is that he's at the very most decent at Dead by Daylight but honestly believes he's at a skill level beyond everyone else which is blatantly not true. If you watch his streams he frequently struggles against standard teams.
He gets so much hate because he complains about issues only he's having and then behaves as if his opinions are 100% completely correct even when they're just delusional takes most of the time. It's just embarrassing.

Tru3 hardly ever "struggles", he wins somewhere between 60 and 70% of his games on Killer in spite of having the cards stacked against him. When he does have issues, its almost always because he only ever plays DBD using viewer builds nowadays. Viewers tend to give him hard builds on mediocre killers because its more entertaining to watch. The only time he ever really just plays what he wants is when a new killer comes out and he's trying to learn them.
On average, the caliber of survivors he regularly plays against tend be down to 1 gen by the 3-4 minute mark if he isn't running the best defensive perks and a killer that can take advantage of them, which again, he almost never is because viewer builds.
Hell, earlier this year he finally said fuck it and started playing Survivor again because he got sick and tired of people talking about how he isn't allowed to comment on Survivor when "he doesn't play it". Within a few days after having not played survivor in over a year, he was back to escaping most of his games.
A lot of things can be said about Tru3. He's stubborn as fuck, he's got a knack for poor social cues, and he's definitely got a hell of an ego. But if you think he's actually bad, you've definitely never really bothered watching him for any notable amount of time.
@@Exotac tru3 is not bad at all, but he definitely doesn't try to get better - he already believes he is among the best and refuses to innovate and find new ways to play such as someone like coconutRTS who always has creative and innovative strategies.
He is by no means the best, and it's often because he's too lazy to think on a deeper level or reflect on his own mistakes - it always the games fault and survivors being broken, he played "flawlessly" it's always everything else.
And the whole "can't win without tunneling" is extremely disingenuous considering there are way better players than him who go on impressive long win streaks.
So while he isn't bad, his ego and outlook on the game limits him from growth both as a player and a content creator.
I strongly believe he is a negative influence to killer mains, they become just like him or worse - bitter and spiteful.
He represents the worst side of killers, in a similar way that someone like ochido or probz does when it comes to bullying newer players for highlight clips - making them feel miserable for content.
Tru3 is not toxic, but without realizing - he influences that with his attitude.
The constant jabs at the devs, constant complaining and the spite towards survivor players shows a negative outlook on life, way to focused on the game and not the things that actually matter - like being a good person and good influence in the community, this is the main difference between him and otzdarva.
And it's why otz is so popular, he is just as passionate but focuses on offering value and human comfort - not just showcasing his "superior skill and knowledge"
@@Exotac firstly take trues balls out of your mouth, true winning only 60%-70% with the amount of tunneling/slugging/camping he does makes him dogshit, u gotta remember the majority of survivors he verses are solo or 2 mans, very rarely will he vs actual competent 4 mans he struggles and usually gets ass fucked, he just needs to loose the ego and he’d be fine
Man pixel bush is really missing in this one, you may like or not like his content but is the only youtuber almost entire dedicated to dbd lore

Sad to see no Lillith Omen or Umbra. Yea they're mostly streamers and they mostly stick to one killer, but still entertaining imo. I watch a lot of Scott and while I understand why the lack of editing can seem lazy, it works with his personality imo. Top 3 being Otz, Spooky, and Demi goes hard, love those 3 lads.

I think the Scott placement was a little unfair. Tru3 hates Scott but Scott never took the whole 'drama' thing as seriously as Tru3 did until Tru3 started making personal jabs towards Scott. Also, Scotts unedited style may come across as lazy but in the sea of ADHD meme editing just having a dude sit and talk to the camera is weirdly unique and refreshing. He also has a lot more level headed takes and doesn't just come across as a killer/survivor main Andy despite mostly playing killer.
idk that much about him, I've only seen like 5 of his videos, but I really can't stand him. He does videos where he just sits and complains about everything possible, and he always does it in a way and tone where it feels like he thinks he's some god. I think he's one of the most annoying people in the dbd community. He's the kinda guy who would barge into the middle of somebody elses conversation to tell them their opinion is wrong.

Personally I'd put Zet0r in A. No toxicity, no balance talk, just a now graduated college student, playing with his friends, having fun and fucking around, reacting blindly to every new chapter + rift. If anything, I think he deserves A tier for the absence of toxicity and negativity + the amount of effort he puts into editing despite being insanely busy with his studies.

I actually enjoy Dyllonkg. I'm a terrible k1ller and him and spookyloopz taught me alot from their videos. They're both chill and informative. They seem like super nice ppl. Tried getting better at pyramid head on controller. I agree spookyloopz is absolutely S tier. So funny and chill. That tier list is pretty much spot on.

You don’t seem to try make objective criticisms, I think you should at least try to be more objective and not bring your own personal bias when making a tier list.
Also, what level of success have YOU reached to give you the credibility to rank all of these content creators and assess them the way you did? I think we’re all curious to know.
