Dead by Daylight is a survival horror asymmetric multiplayer online game developed by Behaviour Interactive. It is a one-versus-four game in which one player takes on the role of a savage killer and the other four play as survivors; the killer must catch each survivor and sacrifice them to a malevolent force known as the Entity by impaling them on hooks, while the survivors must avoid being caught and fix five generators to open the exit gates. The game was first released for Microsoft Windows in June 2016, followed by additional ports for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in June 2017, Nintendo Switch in September 2019, iOS and Android in April 2020, Stadia in October 2020, and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S in November 2020.
The game is published by Canadian studio Behaviour Interactive, who acquired the publishing rights from Swedish studio Starbreeze Studios in January 2018. honestly i feel bad for his friends. I know they could technically be seen as “bad” for associating with him, but I feel for them. As someone who use to be part of a SWF that had one toxic member, it’s hard to remove yourself from them out of fear of how they’ll lash out. Hopefully they ignore him or start to distance :/
They're spineless. Personally, people like this is why I don't generally stick around in friend groups. If you want wild west and to have zero personal responsibility, least be honest 'bout it. A lot of these people will claim to be running a "chill community" be "non toxic" or "friendly" and then let one toxic person run the show during their stream.
You either run the show on your stream or someone is going to run it for you. Assuming you surround yourself with people who have zero concept of respect or integrity. And, unsurprisingly, this leads to you becoming someone who lacks respect and integrity.
I don't feel bad for them. They need to grow the fuck up and figure out if co-signing bad behavior reflects poorly on them as people or if they love the toxicity and want to foster a toxic community. You cannot have both. People like this will rot your community to its core and bring you down with them.

I played against these guys as Slinger and they had no respect for his power over loops, and I beat them at 3 gens as a result. They responded by claiming that Slinger was the easiest killer in the game, and that I was bad. It is simply amazing to me how these people manage to directly contradict themselves continuously throughout all of their toxic speeches and still feel like victims if they lose.

I remembered getting a random survivor match with this guy as I was a pineapple shirt Ace. Dude was trying his hardest to get the killers attention and when he went towards a classroom on the SH3 map I waited for the killer to go in with him. And as he was at a loop I blocked the door. LMFAO

I swear Man, Pinhead turns even the most civilized people into complete clowns. I'll never ever forget an experience I had while modding for a TTV a few months ago. This group of people were fighting against a Pinhead, and after they got bodied by said killer, who was also a TTV, they proceeded to pull up his stream on there's and bully the killer relentlessly. Mind you, some of the other players the survivor TTV was playing with were KIDS, you could tell they were at max of 13 years old, and this adult man in his 30s was bullying him and having the kids behind him join him in the bullying. It was horrible.
They were making fun of the killer's appearance and saying a plethora of Basement Dweller jokes. I contacted the victim afterwords and apologized to him on behalf of the TTV who was targeting him, saying I absolutely do not condone what they did, and despite him saying it wasn't my job to apologize for their behavior, he was happy I took the time to approach him about it. Once the TTV found out I contacted the killer about what happened, he unmodded me and acted as if I just committed the cardinal sin of betraying his trust.
Absolutely not! I don't like Pinhead either, but that will never ever make it okay to bully the killer for playing the way BHVR intended. Just because I am your mod will not ever mean I will kiss your a$$.

At 22:20 you reminded me of a match I'll never forget the match where I was hillbilly and I had to go against a bully squad that were using insta flash lights and the prove thyself perk. I was getting tbagged, pointed at, flashed, stunned, and your average pain and suffering. I was able to get a 4k by camping the last 3 gens and using noed during endgame. After the match I was called names and was told to kms for using noed because they considered it a boring perk and said "only babies killers use noed". Even though I won I still just didn't have fun because of the toxicity overall game play wise and socially :/. Also good this video was nicely edited and you made some good points keep up the good work homie :)

I once ran into a ttv like this he was in a team of gen rushers and I managed to grab him off the exit gate and hook his last hook while his friends bailed I looked up his twitch then proceeded to see a 20 year old butter ball of a man cuss out everything and everyone in sight his team he was playing with his chat and especially me he was screaming at the top of his lungs and at the end of it his roommate walked in politely told him to shut the fuck which he retorted with “IM A GROWN ASS MAN I CAN BE AS LOUD AS I FUCKING WANT TO” then his room mate picked his ass up by the shoulders and though I couldn’t see it you could hear the front door slam shut followed by frantic knocking
I sometimes get mad myself but when it happens I'll just calm down an look over what I did wrong and try to improve on it while trying to get good at certain killer

Oh my god I remember going against these guys too as a doctor. It was fractured cowshed and I was running a “scream build” with face the darkness, Iron Maiden, deathbound, and infectious fright. My add ons were the scrapped tape and interview. They brought the offering and it’s safe to say they were not good at all. I only remember that because FlacoPaco said “maybe we should play a different game” after being shat on.

Sometimes when I do that, the other player is shocked and says ggwp. I think many tend to go into it expecting the worst from other players.
This is why I try to play survivor AND killer, I get to see what its like on both sides of the game, and dont hate one side for no reason.
People like this are the reason i avoid ttv in lobbies. Too many bad encounters when all id want is to try and give support by following after a match and hearing how they talk down to people sometimes is exhausting

As someone who used to be friends with an extremely toxic gamer, all it takes is the influence of that one person to make the more chill people around them into whiny brats as well. For about four years, my outlook on people in general became horrible and I started complaining about every tiny inconvenience until I finally cut that toxic person out of my life. Even though I was still nicer than they were, I was still a whiny jerk who was elitist in some cases. It's very easy for someone to be a negative influence on everybody else around them and if they refuse to change, it's better to just cut them out of your life and work on becoming the best version of yourself that you can be. Maybe that streamer's friends would be less pessimistic if they got away from him

This guy is on another level!!! I had a guy I played with that used to get really heated and abusive when we played to the point that I had to do the same thing and install a digital sound board so I could separate the discord chat on to another audio track so I could mute it for my stream in case he ever said something that was against tos. Thankfully he never went to this level. I have gone and reported this guys stream now.

As someone who plays mainly killer but also dabbles slightly in survivor, I feel like the game would only benefit from map offerings being removed. I don't think it's toxic to do so, but I would rather the game fuck me with rng instead of the other side fucking me with added purpose

This guy needs to do something to relax. If you’re this mad over a video game maybe you should take a break or quit the game. Not because I want him far away from the DBD community (ok maybe a little) but for his mental health and sanity. In the end DBD is a game and telling people to off themselves is not ok no matter what the circumstances.

Wow! This guy is toxic. When I play as a survivor, I try to be respectful to the killer, no flashlights, no t-bags, just me running, vaulting, and try to make it to the end. I get excited when playing with a new killer, to me, think of it like a fox hunt where I'm the fox. I can only outsmart and dodge the killer long enough before they get me on the hook. If they can get me on the hook, I congratulate them after the match.

About a year ago i started going into killer games without any expectations. I figure, getting hits, pallets, walls, gen hits and chase are all bp for me. Even if i dont get kills i tend to get a min 30k, but more often than not i get a 3-4 kill
i have had a killer match where there was this felix in dead dawg who gave up when i was skull merchant, since im on playstation, he messaged me three angry emojis after i killed him with devour hope (which was pretty funny). I said "sorry for the devour, ggwp," and he said "no, im gonna cut myself." this goes to show that there are some toxic people out there who take the game too seriously, but there are also some good after a nancy got hatch when i was running the same exact build on dredge, where she apologized for the two DCs and then said gg right after.

Me and my friends do map offering roulette and we always put on different map offerings even killer sided maps just because it’s fun. But we never have any intentions on bullying the killers
i do killer roulette as well and I sometimes have to bring map offerings, sadly a large majority of players just bring them to have an easy match or to piss the other side off (bring midwich for kiler or coldwind for survivor)

the friend group seem pretty normal tbh, i think they just feed off his negative energy and start to act out more as a result. But yes, they at least have a line that shouldn't be crossed, besides the fact that its against TOS, its just a really mean thing to say to someone in your stream
