I have been making these since the video came out a year ago. Everyone loves them!! I like to prep my ingredients the night before an event or party so I can mix it all together and bake. It takes at most 30 minutes for everything and then I let it cool during the car ride to wherever I'm going. It's always a crowd pleaser!

Ok so here's the recipe typed out sorry it aint good but its honest work Ingredients: 1. Chocolate 8oz 2. Melted butter 3/4 cup 3. Sugar 1 1/4 cup 4. Eggs 2 5. Vanilla 2tsp 6. Melted chocolate 4oz 7. Flour 3/4 cup? 8. Cocoa powder 1/4 cup 9. Salt 1tsp 10. Chocolate chunks 4oz Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 °f / 180 °c 2. Cut up the chocolate and melt one half and save the other. Make sure its chopped up 3. Whisk together butter and sugar until smooth and has a buttery look 4. Add the 2 eggs vanilla and melted chocolate. 5. Put the flour, cocoa powder, and salt into a sifter and sift to get chunks out 6. After putting dry ingredients in mix with a rubber spatula 7. Layet parchment paper in size pan of liking and sprinkle chocolate chunks over it. Save some if like to put on after cooking 8. Bake at 350 °f / 180 ° for 20-25 minutes 9. Take out of over test to see if baked fully by sticking tooth pick in but back in for addition 5 mins if not ready 10. If wanted sprinkle chocolate chunks over brownies 11. Let completely cool theb take out parchment papet 12. Cut and serve!
ayesha khan it depends on what texture you want your brownies to be. As far as I know, granulated sugar (white and brown sugar) will make your brownies heavier and fudgier while powdered sugar will make it lighter like a sponge cake. Same thing applies to cookies also 👌🏻

My mom had almost the same recipe with really decadent chocolate but the one extra addition that made it amazing would be when she mixed all of the dry ingredients because she would put in a package of Maxim Mocha Gold instant coffee which made it AMAZING

This has been my go to brownie recipe since tasty came out with it. It is literally the best homemade brownies I have ever eaten I usually just cut down the sugar to only 1 cup because if you use a semi sweet chocolate bar it will be waaaay to sweet in my opinion

Omg thank u so much the first time I tried this I left them I. For 20 mins extra because they weren’t cooked. They went hard after a few hours. The next day I tried again and they were taken out after 20 mins I let them sit then cut them up after 3 hours and left them in the fridge cause they were still soft. The next day they tasted sooooooo gooey and fudgey!! Tasted better than the Pret A Manger brownies! The other recipes in TH-cam are too complicated and not fudgey but this was amazing!! I used a machine to beat the eggs for ten mins the second time I made this and that’s what made them more fudgey !!

By mistake I gave more chocolate, 270g dark chocolate, 50% cocoa melted, 180 milk chocolate 30% cocoa, added thickly chopped. Baked 21minutes and came out unearthly, thank you Alvin!

when i make chocolate fudge brownies, i use paul a young's recipe. its's not as liquid gooey as this one, its more firm, but its not dry. doesn't break apart on u and is gooey enough to never dry out. perfect with some berries, or even as a warm sundae with a scoop of ice cream. soo nice
